well, um, i got a tattoo about 13 days ago, and its done peeling, but its a tad milky in some spots plus the fact that its a black tattoo, a lot of people go hey dude its normal it aint done healing yet just cause its done peeling, then some people say i might need a touch up, whats up??Tattoo is done peeling but is a little milky in some spots...?
Give it more time to heal and ensure you are keeping nice and clean. If after a month it still looks the same, go back to the place you had it done.
Good Luck.Tattoo is done peeling but is a little milky in some spots...?
dead skin will tend to linger over it for the next couple weeks, depending on what you put on it (especially if you use neosporin). A+D is the best. Eventually though, if it is thick black chances are there will be some spots needing touch up.
I have 4 tats myself and I have found that there are parts of the skin where the colour just doesnt go through properly. after it's healed, get it touched over again, if it's still milky, your going to have to live with it.
keep your lanolin on it till it has no scab left. then go back to your tattooist and get your work re lined and re coloured-------immediately' or all your work is gonna wind up marbelled, like mine.

Can you sugest any make-up that covers freckles, moles, spots etc!?
I really need a foundation that covers all these imperfectios! Please help! I'm really ugly! Can you sugest any make-up that covers freckles, moles, spots etc!?
first off you dont cover freckles...Can you sugest any make-up that covers freckles, moles, spots etc!?
Dont cover them up they are a sign of beauty! My girlfriend is really freckly %26amp; wears no make up %26amp; i think she is beautiful!
Dulux.
Dermablend will cover anything even port wine stains.
Laura Mercier secret camouflage is very good, though it's a concealer rather than a foundation. It's expensive but I use mine every day and it has lasted over three years, almost time for a new one!
collection or a cheap one off avon
i don't believe that for a min but i have freckles and i use Avon perfect wear foundation in nude to cover any blemishes
You're not really ugly!!! There's a company i think called Dermablend that do really heavy duty foundations for things like scars and stuff, I think Rio do a set as well, just check out the shopping channels or type in 'camouflage foundation' into your search engine for different brands. It can be expensive though so if you just want normal foundation with good coverage try Revlon Colour Stay, its really good, costs about 拢10 in the shops but check out eBay.
And honestly, don't think your ugly!
Good luck x
bare minerals
If you try to hard to cover them they will show more!!! I understand you want to cover a blemish, but why the freckles? they are so cute! and moles? they have volume is very hard to do it, better go to a dermatologist and ask him to remove it... but, what I really love to cover imperfections, although is expensive, is the concealer from cle de peau, IS THE BEST! I recommend it with close eyes!!!
MAC's FULL coverage foundation is the best!
MAc, it is thick but does not feel so heavy on your skin, then stila, all of the celebs use it to cover up things that they don't want shown
couple suggestions/products..
MAC Select Cover-up (put on with a foundation brush)
or
Bare Minerals bisque instead of using a brush like they suggest use a make up sponge to apply bisque
for more extreme hard to cover freckls use DermaBlend Cover Cr猫me
Always apply a good primer to your skin before any make up to help them set, and loose powder over the make up to keep it from fading.
Nars, MAC prep 'n prime, Smashbox Photo Finish and Bare Minerals Skin ReverUpper are very good primers.
my daugter has freckles..most days we let them show..special occasions, pictures etc she wants em hidden
good luck!
sheer cover. i got it from a shopping channel. its bril, it covers my thread-veins no problem. it covers port wine birthmarks too. expensive but it lasts for ages as you don't need to use much.
estee lauder doublewear is brilliant. i have really bad skin n it covers really well. if you pop into any larger branch of boots or debenhams/house of fraser, they will have a counter and should give you some samples to try. its 拢21.50 a bottle but lasts for ever, and if you decide you like it you can buy massive ones for 拢60, which seems a lot but it saves you a fortune in the long run!

Best products of neutrogena to help acne / spots / blemishes?
you should try different products.your body will react differently to all productsBest products of neutrogena to help acne / spots / blemishes?
I use Clean and Clear continuous control acne cleanser with benzoyl peroxide and persa gel 10 w/benzoyl peroxide and it works really well. the bennzoyl peroxide products work a lot better for me than ones w/salicyc (sp?) acid. Also you don't need to get a toner for your face because those were created back when cleansers didn't balance the PH in your skin but now most cleansers do this so it is a waste. Hope this helps!Best products of neutrogena to help acne / spots / blemishes?

I have dark spots on my skin does coco butter soap works to lightin it up ?
This natural treatment has worked wonders for many people and if you research my Best Answers(Skin Conditions) you will find some of them with reports of results in 2 or 3 days. It麓s a permanent, safe, low cost cure using natural oils that are beneficial to the skin. Before using any commerciai products you need to do web searches to see if they have harmful ingredients. YOU WILL FIND MANY HAVE..
Use an organic or natural oil - olive oils work really well - and massage with a quite strong, vigorous motion (that is the key to it working) Better at night as initially it makes skin flushed. You will find you can make it more vigorous as you progress. Skin is always shedding and renewing, the massaging friction hastens a fresh, clearer skin to emerge. Initially, the skin has to adjust and if soreness, breakouts or other reactions happen - skin might expel poisons that need to be expelled - then stop and resume when you can. You have to find the pace that works for you - it's different for every person. In about 2 to 4 days , depending on how vigorously you have been able to make the massage - you should see clearly noticeable results. Keep it up and in a few weeks your skin will completely clear. I had an ultra- sensitive skin and countless skin problems - dry flaking skin, pimples, pimple and other scars, many freckles, dark spots, discolorations, even moles and sun damaged skin - and this one treatment completely and quickly got rid of them all. Some skin clinics may tell you to only massage gently but this treatment has only been beneficial to the many who have tried it.

no, cocoa butter just evens out existing skin color texture and tone.. you'll need good quality (and safe) skin lighteners to do the job.

Could it not be a beuty mark?I have black spots on my bikini line ugh?
Maybe you could buy a bikini which has hotpants as the bottom part? That would cover your bikini line, and it's pretty cute too.
Is it just from shaving? If so, try not to shave and Wax days before you wear your bikini or even try an outfit that covers the area!
its probably black heads

What's the fastes way to get rid off brown spots from sun damage?
Fraxel laser treatments. Find a good Derm and they can do it in their office. Treatments are pricey (IMHO) and it often takes more than 1 or 2 treatments to see results. But, it's a good way to get rid of brown spots, freckles, etc....What's the fastes way to get rid off brown spots from sun damage?
bad news...I went to an estetician for a series of peels that was supposed to lighten my sunspots. Almost $800, eight procedures, and eight weeks of my skin peeling off, there was no real improvement. If you get any good answers, I'll be interested in seeing what others say. What's the fastes way to get rid off brown spots from sun damage?
solution: a mild skin lightening soap (black licorice soap) and/or dermaline skin whitening cream; plus a high spf sunscreen..
the soap/cream can lighten the brown pigmentations, and sunscreen will keep it that way.
liquid gold by Alpha H, its a treatement specifically 4 those

I had chicken pox and it left many dark spots all over my body.?
I'm dark skin and It looks very horrible. I've tried bleached creams with hydroquinone and they don't work. Please do anyone kown how to remove these marks.I had chicken pox and it left many dark spots all over my body.?
they are basically like any other scar, A cream such as Mederma would help them to disappear. you also might want to visit a dermatologist for something that would work fasterI had chicken pox and it left many dark spots all over my body.?
Try aloe vera gel
You need to get the perscription only Hydroquinone 4%, it's stronger for better results.
visit your doctor!
you bought the wrong skin lightening products because they didn't show you results you wanted.. and DON'T use hydroquinone products because they harm the skin after long term use and may cause skin cancer..

How to get rid of the scars and red spots after pimples?
If its just discoloration, I'd recommend Erygel. It's prescription only. Eurythromicin in an alcohol gel base. I use it on blemishes when they form, as well as older red spots. After a few days.. gone. If you mean pitted scars.. I've had some small success with a 15% AHA cream on two chicken pox scars (I might have more if I bothered ot use it *Every night* on the two spots. :)How to get rid of the scars and red spots after pimples?

Why do spots re-occur in the same place on your face and how can you prevent this?
The infected sebaceous gland is connected to an eternal zit supply. I get one on the end of my nose every other week, and have done so for 30 or more years.
Can't do a thing about it!Why do spots re-occur in the same place on your face and how can you prevent this?
Whenever you wash your face with hot or warm water, always finish by splashing very cold water on your face. Warm water opens your pores and allows the dirt and grease to come out. Cold water will then close the pores and stop more dirt getting in. And hopefully stop the spots. I've done this now since i was a teen and i very very rarely get any spots. i hope this helps. good luckWhy do spots re-occur in the same place on your face and how can you prevent this?
use toothpaste to remove spots leave it on for a short time, and look t the soap u use and diet.
If the spots are on your cheeks and chin it may be because you touch or rest your face on your hands a lot. The dirt, bacteria and oil on your hands can make you break out. Or if it's on your forehead and you wear a hat, it's the sweat on your hat brim clogging up your pores.
If you wear makeup, make sure to clean all your brushes often because they harbor bacteria that can make you break out.
tie your hands behind your back
Usually spots like that get re-infected often because there is already trauma in the area. I have re-occuring pimple spots, too.
If you know which ares are your trouble spots, just give a good soaking with witch hazel and put just a dab of honey on the spots for a long-lasting natural anti-bacterial coating.
Do that even when there isn't a problem, so the problem doesn't have a chance to re-start.
stop wearing make-up coz that gives everyone ugly dirty spots like you

What can I do about dark spots left from acne?
THIS IS MY LONG ANSWER FOR ALL OILY SKIN/ACNE PROBS...TRYING TO COVER ALL I KNOW ABOUT ACNE/SPOT PROBLEMS FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE...SO HOPEFULLY THERE'LL BE SOMETHING HERE TO HELP!!! SOME MIGHT NOT BE RELEVANT DEPENDING ON YOUR SEX BUT I HOPE SOMETHING'LL BE HERE FOR YOU!
I'm 35 and I still get spots/pimple clusters from time to time and even when they go, they leave reddish marks for ages and my skin looks blotchy.
I use clean and clear or neutrogena clear skin - both contain salicylic acid which prevents breakouts and gradually evens the skin tone out too. And crazy as it sounds - the toothpaste things works! Put on a blob at night and put a bit of tissue over it so it doesn't make a mess. I dunno how it works but it does!
Any female with spots I'd recommend trying dianette or yasmin contraceptive pills because if it's hormonal, that can sort out the kind of hormonal pimples you might get monthly!
Be careful what products you use in your hair if it's long - certain conditioners have causes me to break out at times.
Also I'd recommend taking a 100% multi vitamin/mineral complex and Omega 369 oils every day because that ensures you're getting the right nutrition and also, the omega oils improve blood flow.
It's an 'old wives tale' type rememdy - but a spoonful of cider vinegar and honey in hot water 3 times a day is meant to help EVERYTHING. It tastes nice too...kinda like honey and lemon X
Also...keep your hydration right by drinking plenty of water, avoiding caffeine and alcohol and too much salt!
Another suggestion is the scrub you can get called 'resurface' or something like that - made by L'oreal. You only use it a couple of times a week (and use at night because it makes your face red!). It really works not just with the colouring but also the texture - smoothes it back out. It comes with it's own moisturiser which I don't use but I use the scrub at night a couple of times a week and put bio oil on which it supposed to help clear scarring and even skin tone.
Don't use harsh scrubs and peroxide products daily like some people do; that can dry your skin and make produce MORE oil...just exaccerbating the problem.
And my final suggestion is 'sheer cover' mineral foundation. You see it on infomercials a lot...tacky I know! But it really works. You can buy it on eBay too so it's easy for you to get some to try it out. You use the tiniest amount but because it doesn't settle into enlarged pores and it contains minerals that reflect light, it disguises any kind of 'scarring' and also it stops you getting spots because it doesn't block pores. The minerals in it reflect light a bit too which acts as a kind of concealer. It's hard to explain but it's fantastic. Just make sure not to use too much - and apply with a kabuki brush starting from the outside and working in so you don't end up with an over made up nose!
I know people say make up's a no no - but because this doesn't block pores and has the added effect of stopping you touching your face too much, I think it's good. You can wear it on its own too and as long as you apply it minimally, it covers but doesn't look like you've got make up on.
Good luck with it hun XX
PS - if you can get them, clean %26amp; clear do these blotting paper things - in the uk I find I have to order them in from Hong Kong or somewhere cos they stopped doing them here - but they're REALLY good.
And if your face gets really greasy, just blot with a tissue if you can't find those. Some tissues are to fluffy so I tend to carry around a few sheets of kitchen roll for the purpose!!!
PPS - If you get your skin relatively under control, try using '21 days Fade Cream' (which I get from eBay) because it quickly clears up any scarring. I can only use it once a day though because otherwise (even though it's a 'cream-gel') it can make my skin a bit greasy again so I tend to use that at night but only during periods that my skin's doing 'good'!What can I do about dark spots left from acne?
Microderm abrasion and multi acid resurfacing peels have amazing results especially when done together. I dont reccommend it if you have super sensitive skin tho. It definately will do the trick. You can get it done at a dermatologist or spa. Or youcan buy an at home treatment that you do yourself. it is much cheaper that way and the results are still pretty good. BeautiControl has a great microderm abrasion and acid peel treatments. check them out at www.beautipage.com/tmeans

FALLING HAIR -
Does your hair fall a lot? Don't worry, you're not alone. Millions of people from all around the world suffer from dry, brittle and weak hair. Some of the possible reasons for falling hair are:
Tension
Too much work
Illness
Poor diet
Over-exposure to the sun
Perming
Amateur bleaching
Too frequent and inexpert use of tints, rinses or other colourants
Here is what you can do to prevent hair fall
Shampoo regularly. Remember, a CLEAN scalp is a HEALTHY SCALP.
Brahmi amla oil also promotes hair growth.
A high protein diet with plenty of fruits, green vegetables and dairy products is a must.
Drink 10-12 glass of water everyday.
Use a very mild shampoo and condition your hair at least twice a week. When you do, make sure you rinse out the conditioner thoroughly, otherwise residue build-up will cause your hair to look limp and dull.
Know your vitamins! IRON is important for healthy hair and brittle, limp hair indicates an iron deficiency. Spinach has a good iron content, so gulp it down!
ZINC helps prevent hair loss and greying. Eat adequate zinc rich foods. Overweight people tend to have zinc deficiency, which is inversely related to the body mass index. Thus if you are overweight and if your hair falls too much, you may want to increase your intake of zinc containing foods. Recipes containing stone ground, wholegrain flour are rich in zinc.
A shortfall in VITAMIN B may cause dandruff, falling hair, loss of colour and could encourage grey hair. So B group Vitamins are essential for gloss, colour and thickness.
VITAMIN C ensures the health of capillaries supplying blood to hair follicles. Make sure your diet includes plenty of fresh fruits and veggies.
VITAMIN E encourages hair growth. Switch from refined flours to wholemeal and wheatgerm, eggs, vegetable oil.
COPPER stops hair from falling. Studies show that the copper content in the blood serum of people with falling hair is less than normal. Different types of alopecia (falling hair) are seen to have a deficiency of this important trace element. Include small quantities of nuts, especially cashews and peanuts, seeds, whole milk and beans in your diet as these contain minute but important amounts of copper.
Homemade remedies for preventing hair fall:
Apply almond oil on scalp and massage.
Grind fenugreek seeds in water and apply on your scalp. Wash off after 40 minutes. Do this every morning for a month 隆V if it suits you! Remember, different treatments suit different types of hair.
Massage warm castor oil + almond oil into your scalp gently. Wrap a hot towel around your scalp so it gets absorbed into the hair. Do this twice a week for healthy, shiny hair.
Add 2-3 drops of honey to a glass of water and use this as the last rinse after shampooing.
Quick Hair Care Conditioner
Mix 1 egg, 2 tbs castor oil, 1 tsp vinegar and 1 tsp glycerine. Beat until frothy and massage lightly into your scalp. Wrap your head in a hot towel, steam, then wash off. This conditioner makes hair thicker, shiny, soft and manageable.
Honey Conditioner
Beat 1-2 eggs (depending on the length of the hair), 1 tsp honey and 2 tsp olive oil. Massage gently into the scalp. Steam, and shampoo after an hour.
Alcohol Conditioner
Beat 1-2 eggs with 2 tsp brandy. Massage into your scalp. Leave for 10-15 mins. Rinse well. The egg nourishes your hair and brandy stimulates hair growth.
Your hair is a vital beauty asset, requiring constant loving care. And with a little nurturing, lush, glossy hair will be yours
ESSENTIALS FOR FALLING HAIR -
Does your hair fall often Arm yourself with these tools to combat hair fall.
Wide-toothed comb
Get yourself a wide-toothed comb. This is probably one of the most important yet underutilized of all hair tools. A wide-toothed comb helps you distribute conditioner evenly all over your hair while shampooing and conditioning. In addition, it also helps get rid of knots smoothly.
The best time to get rid of knots is during conditioning. Apply conditioner and run a wide toothed comb gently through your hair.
While untangling dry hair, do so in sections. Take one section at a time, and first, untangle the ends of your hair. Do so slowly, and don?t pull unless you want your hair to fall out in clumps or break.
Don?t wait for the last minute before detangling your hair. Every night, while sitting in front of the television, run a wide toothed comb gently through your hair, until you have untangled it completely. Do this every night, and you will notice that your hair remains free from tangles.
Leave-in conditioner
Dry hair tends to tangle easily, and, needless to say, causes it to break. Make sure your hair is never devoid of moisture by always keeping a bottle of leave-in conditioner handy. The next time you feel your hair is dry and rough to the touch, simply rub a dollop of leave-in conditioner between your palms, and apply it to your hair. Comb through with your wide toothed comb. Your hair will be instantly rejuvenated and moisturized. Gradually, the texture will also improve. This is a must if you blow dry your hair regularly, or if it is chemically treated. Such hair constantly craves moisture, so get yourself a bottle of leave-in conditioner.
Oil
Olive, almond and coconut oils are all excellent for the hair. While you could apply oil as an alternative to leave-in conditioner, oil tends to make your hair sticky, and you cannot style your hair well after applying oil. Your only alternative would then be to tie up your hair. For better results with oil, apply just a few drops immediately after washing your hair, when your hair is still dripping wet. Oil doesn?t penetrate the strands as easily as leave-in conditioner does though. Nothing beats a hot oil massage followed by a steam treatment, as the steam helps the oil penetrate the hair strands, strengthening them and curtailing hair fall.
Egg
Egg is great for the hair ? there are no two ways about it! True, it causes a tremendous stink in the bathroom, and your hair may let off an ?eggy? smell, but the results are instantaneous and worth it! Egg strengthens your hair almost immediately, and the egg yolk leaves your hair shining. Whip an egg with two tablespoons of olive oil and apply it to your hair. Wash off after half an hour. Make sure you wash off with cold water though, or the egg will start cooking in your hair, and would be harder to take off! Use a scented shampoo to counter the smell of egg in your hair, and follow up with a leave-in conditioner. Do this for a month, and you will be amazed by the change in your hair texture and the reduction in hair fall.Im 19 and starting to notice two spots where hair is thinning what is going on???
Your most likely stressed out take a day off for yourself and go get a massage or something it should help you out.
Anyone can have Male Pattern Baldness, even when they
are young. I have a cousin who started balding before he
joined the Navy and still had his senior year to go in HS.
It could be a vitamin deficiency. I started to lose my hair in
HS and went in for some blood tests to determine if I was
lacking in vitamins, etc. And my doctor perscribed a medi-
cated shampoo. And it was nasty smelling stuff. But my scalp
sprouted new hair growth and everything was normal within
a few weeks time. So see your doctor and mention this to
him. Have him take a 'blood panel' to see if you are lacking
something. It's also possible, you have inherited a gene from
a distant relative, rather than someone in your immediate
family. If you can't get help thru your doctor, you might look
into some hair restoration process. Good luck to you.
Pre-mature baldness is happening. I've seen it in younger people than you. There's plenty of commercial solutions on the market as well as hair plugs. There's no way to reverse it once it starts though.
I knew someone in High School that was like that too. But he had a circle of bald head when he was the same age too. He doesnt smoke or drink I dont believe. Its weird. Its just one of those things like being 1 in 20 million people that are like that

What is the best product to remove spots?
Those spots are caused by hyperpigmentation. If they aren't raised black dots, they're generally harmless. You have to speak to a dermatologist about treatments to remove them. As far as I know, the only treatment is laser therapy.
Plzzzzzzz help i have lots of black spots on my face ?

i also have lots of blackheads on my nose, its terrible, but what i do is that i go to that place where they take care of your face (i don't know what its called) but they do a great job, then i have to be washing it with dove soap, another thing is that you can put your face over hot water so your pores could open, then you try taking it out yourself, but with paper never with your nails. hope i helped.Plzzzzzzz help i have lots of black spots on my face ?
hi do not prick the pimples as it will leave black spots on face. Try to use Oriflame no spot gel it helps drying of pimple %26amp; then diminishing without any marks. Do not use scrub everyday on face as it worsen the condition more.
To the previous posters: obviously the question is not about blackheads, it's about postinflammatory scarring left over after pimples go away. You could try using cocoa butter to speed up the fading process, but these things just eventually go away with time.
for blackheads i use neutrogena blackhead elinination daily scrub. you can find it at any drug store. it really helps.
Like, Black heads? Exfoliate and keep your face clean.

//How do you get rid of sun spots?
I have the same problem. I just came back from walgreens and bought me Ambi cream, its called, for sun spots. I read on line alot that it works, so I will give it a shot myself. I heard that the one from mary kay works too. But right now, I am using the avon one, it really lighten them. but I want to try the Ambi, to see if it works faster. You must give it about a week, for results. Promise, the avon worked so far. Good luck.
YOu should try the Even Complexion Essence from Mary Kay. It restores skin's natural, even tone by helping reduce visible dark spots and reverse skin discoloration. It's only $35 and you can get it on marykay.com/bsenseney
There are creams you can purchase that lighten the appearance of sunspots. They acturally slightly bleach them to reduce the color. They work pretty well.
AGE SPOTS.
There's no such thing as sun spots except on the Sun itself.
Age spots is cancer of the skin. It is usually benign and just look ugly on young people. Young people call it freckles but they are age spots never-the-less.
Go see a dermatologist to have them evaluated. They can provide you proper advice on what to do and more importantly what NOT to do to get anymore.
Sometimes a simple diet adjustment may help. Aloe Vera may help but best seek medical advice before the problem gets worst.
wer sunglases %26amp; the sun shud go away
Try using Bio Oil on them.

How do i get rid of spots quickly?
help me please people are making fun of me help me please i need your helpHow do i get rid of spots quickly?
hold an icepack/ cube to them to bring down the swelling.
when you wash your face wash it with really hot water (to open your pores), then use some tea-tree oil, and then wash with really cold water (to close your pores).
you can dry them out as well BUT NOT WITH TOOTHPASTE. use baby nappy rash cream (honestly, if it works that quickly on really sensitive baby skin then its good enough for acne).
oh and dont touch your face. How do i get rid of spots quickly?
Clean %26amp; Clear sensitive skin deep cleansing lotion
says here: ';oil-fighting formula cleanses effectively and helps prevent spots'; It worked on mine, although i only had one..................try it, it is 拢3.56 and you will find it in boots and super drug! At least use it after your spots are gone, if you use one of the others!
you can't
there is no quick fix.
go to the doctor and say it's getting serious, people are making fun of you and show how upset you are.
they have stuff that actually works.
cleanse your face and use spot cream... also you can put toothpaste on it at night and take it off in the morning also DO NOT pick or burst them because theyy just leave scabs and then they might even scar!
pop them all seriously when i get a spot i pop it and if it wont i pierce it with something it will turn into a scab for a bit but then they wont come back.
Vinegar is great it starts to kill them straight away. it may sting a little bit but thats it starting to work. it may be smelly but really works
honestly what helped me is people's reviews on youtube, no lie. I watched some michelle phan video's (michellephan) and she has these natural ways to clear your skin with foods you have at home. i love it :)
try quinoderm altough it takes 2 weeks. to work by the wya it doesnt work for everyone!!
Eat vegetables like broccoli and spinach
good for the skin
use a spot treatment, wash your face regularly...dont pick them though, it will leave scars/marks
hold an icepack/ cube to them to bring down the swelling.

you can dry them out as well BUT NOT WITH TOOTHPASTE. use baby nappy rash cream (honestly, if it works that quickly on really sensitive baby skin then its good enough for acne).
oh and dont touch your face.
Hi i get loads of spots everytime i take my makeup off?
they only go away if i remove them with a blackhead tool which takes forever. the spots are red and are bumpyHi i get loads of spots everytime i take my makeup off?
use good makeupHi i get loads of spots everytime i take my makeup off?
You are either sensitive to the makeup you are wearing, or you are having a reaction the the makeup remover. You need to get rid of one or even both products. Make sure whatever you put on your face is hypo-allergenic, or you will continue to have this problem, and it will only get worse.
It could be the problem as mentioned above. Or it could be that you're not fully removing all your make-up, I'm guessing the latter as you said that if you remove them with a blackhead tool they go.
So I would recommend trying a proper cleanser to remove ALL of your make-up and not just the visible layer, as some make-up gets into the pores and then clogs them, thus causing spots

you are probably just having an allergic reaction to your makeup! maybe try going without for a few days and see if it clears up or try switching brands, or if nothing is working go see a dermatologist
Do you use an exfoliating scrub and a restoring toner? This would help the bumps and restore your ph level.gloss

Does termeric get rid of black spots and scars on the legs?
Do you mean turmeric , it is basically used as a natural food colouring additive , I have never heard of it helping to remove scars. A Doctor could advise you if some sort of laser treatment would help.

I have these really horrid spots on my cheeks...?
I have these really horrid spots on my cheeks and people tease me and call me pizza face. All my mates' faces are flawless and i feel like the ugly duckling.
Can you help ?
Cheerz xI have these really horrid spots on my cheeks...?
The answer is no I can't help... but you can help yourself :D
Everybody has spots... and thats a fact everybody has a spot at least once in there life. Your mates may look like they have flawless skin, but have you even seen them in the light.. ? Sometimes you can only see spots if you see someones face in the light!!
Anyway you need a skin care regime that fits to your skin type. If you have oily skin you need something that drys your skin a little to balance it out. If you have dry skin you need something that moisturises to balance it and if you have combination you need something that is not to oily or too drying. I suggest the simple range. Its exactly what it says: simple. It is easy to use and gentle on skin. Use the simple cleanser toner and moisturiser night and day and dab you face dry. Always use cold water when washing your face because if you use warm or hot it opens your pores and brings your spots out. Once youve got your skincare regime you need something that tackles the spots when they come up. I reccommend: witch. Witch is a completly natural skincare range and zaps those zits as soon as they come up! Seriously it is amazing! And also i reccommend a pot of sudocrem. This i call magic cream, as in the morning your spot just disappears its amazing. If you cannot get hold of these you can find things around your house that can also be useful:
salt is always great for spots it drys them up and helps them heal quicker.
toothpaste works for some but not for all and can be good
Any sort of alcohol is fantastic on spots e.g wine etc
Don't pick your spots - unless it has a white head, then squeeze it gently using clean hands. It removes all the infection and helps it heal quicker.
If your self concious make-up can be an option as long as you wash your face properly i reccomment witch make-up which has a ingredient which fights bacteria while its concealed :)
And remember your not alone- many people have spots including mee!! hope it helps xoI have these really horrid spots on my cheeks...?
get some spot cream, and try to eat some healthy food.
are you talking about pimples? Arbonne has a system called Arbonne Clear Advantage. it's very good for blemished skin, however if you don't have blemishes, it can irritate your skin if you use it too often.
I'm only 16 and I used to break out all the time and it's just frustrating. My skin right now is the clearest out of my friends. I don't use any skin cleaners at all. I only exfoliate my skin, and use St. Ives Collagen Elastin Moisturizer. Most of the time I don't even exfoliate, I usually just shower and make sure to put my face under the shower head for a couple of seconds, get it really dry and put the moisturizer on, and I'm good.
The way I see it, our skin gets dry, and creates oils. Whenever the oil our skin creates and dirt meet, that creates a pimple. So I wash off all the dirt, and put the moisturizer on which is sort of a good oil, and my skin doesn't have to make any oils.
That's my answer from a similar question.. Now if your a girl listen up, you've gotta get a liquid concealer stick! Dab it on your spots and rub it in with a make-up sponge... Even if your a guy do it anyway! Nobody's gonna know... All they are gonna know is your spots are gone!
If they are brownish spots you can go to your dermatologist office and they can do a treatment called IPL. Intense Pulse Light. Sometimes a series of microdermabrasions. Also there is a product called ';Obagi'; that is an excellent source. One of the products they have has a bleaching cream in it..
Eat less chocolate.
You probably are the ugly duckling who turned into an ugly goose.
I know how u feel.
When i was younger i had acne ( mild ) and i felt like n ugly ducking :)
Go to your dermo-doctor...maybe its acne or sun spots?
Dont let people tease you!
Wait till they get hormones ( then they will be the ones with spots )

i seriously don't really care about these. lol.
maybe it's because i care much more on the girl's inner details.
Don't know about guys, but I think they're gorgeous. Wish I had one!
There is no such thing as a beauty spot. It's either a mole or hyper pigmentation, neither of which are really beautiful.
Depends how BIG it is?!!! lol
yh we do depending if its at the right spot i like it under the lip near the chin
those are kewl but between the boobs is a bit distracting
yes i do

Do people actually care about spots?
Apart from the person who has them, does anyone care if you have spots ? do they see you as unclean or greasy, or disgusting because you have them. Should it hinder friendships and relationships all because you have a few spots on your faceDo people actually care about spots?
No..%26amp; if so, lose em! real friends/gf's or bf's dont care if u have some imperfections. Imperfection is beauty%26lt;3Do people actually care about spots?
do you eat alot of eggs
yes i dddooooo verry much and im trying to find a way how to get rid of them.but for other people nooo coz its not about how you lookits about who you are
It shouldn't, but unfortunately, it does most of the time. Adults tend not to care, but a lot of kids and teenagers are more about what's on the outside than what's on the inside. Until they grow up and learn theres waaaay more important things to worry about in life.

Cheap ways to reduce/clear spots?
anyone know any good ways or products that can help reduce/clear spots or get rid of some of the redness??
do you have any tips from your personal experience?Cheap ways to reduce/clear spots?
i use savalon its a Antiseptic Cream but it works great i use it all the time it comes in a tube not that much moneyCheap ways to reduce/clear spots?
You should definitly try sudocrem...usualy used for babies but also used for acne
Its about 拢2 and can get it in mot supermarkets
hope i helped :)
good diet and water is alwyz a great one as it is free.
wel this might sound weird but when my skin gets dry and red and spots start to appear i use nivea cream and leave it on over night and my spots are either away or very small barely noticeable but morning :D:D..hope this help as i know theres nothing more worse that having a red or spotty face on a important day xxx
if a spot needs to be dried out (ie a big one that needs squeezed yuck !!)
i find tooth paste works the best and for others i use tee tree oil and i think its pretty good.
I had lots of spots on my forehead, nose, and chin and before you go to bed put a load of sudocrem on it but dont rub it in just leave it on after night and wash it off in the morning it dries up the spots after a few days but it can give you some dry skin but just use some moisturiser and your skin will be smooth and the spots reduced
i use;
mario badescu
(mariobadescu.com)
and
daniel kern of acne.org's line
(danielkern.com).
a PERFECT product instead of makeup, or over makeup, or to set it, or to treat it, and to reduce redness...basically it does everything anyone with 'spots' would ever need:
mario badescu's special healing powder.
$12, lasts 1-2 years.
(:!

Does clearasil give you more spots?
I'm 14 and I've been using clearasil for a long time now and it hasnt got rid of a single spot and people keep saying that I'm getting more spots, is it clearasil?Does clearasil give you more spots?
Well, if you only use it for several weeks then the medication is not going to be very helpful. Most acne medications give you MORE zits before getting rid of them, its just how acne medication works. Before you really know if its working, you have to wait a month-a month and a half. It's not surprising that you get some more zits first.Does clearasil give you more spots?
I'm not sure, but I had a spot and I used clearasil and tons more popped up. As an experiment, I stopped using it and they didn't go away right away but they eventually did. I also tried to stop using my cover-up to see if it was that and that helped too. I do think Clearasil may cause more spots in some people
yes so dont use it

Please help about the skin area on my chest (Lots of little spots/red zits)?
You know like red spots/zzits you get on ur face? well i have a hundred little ones on my chest/breast area. how do i get rid because its sooooo not attractive! Please help about the skin area on my chest (Lots of little spots/red zits)?
have a wash properlyPlease help about the skin area on my chest (Lots of little spots/red zits)?
Wash your bra after you excercise or walk somewhere outside or go out and do any type of physical activity. If you wear perfume do not spray it on your chest. Check your lotion and make sure the lotion that you get is not perfumed, most of the time you can get a rash from perfumed lotions just on your chest. Get a non scented lotion and make sure the lotion you have doesn't dry you out, if it does try Vaseline lotion, Aveeno, Baby lotion with oi(yes together)
It might mean you have spot-prone skin making it susceptible to getting such spots go to a Dermatologist probably he/she can prescribe pills that may help. Try eating healthily and drinking water may help you in the long term.
i use aveeno body wash cuz i used to have that same problem and since i started using it, it really made my skin tone more even and the little spots went away
sounds like you have an allergy or something to the wash powder perhaps? just wash it regularly a mild salt solution might help too or a disinfectant soap.
you're soap/ body wash is probably giving you an allergic reaction. get some new stuff! [probably hypoallergenic soap]
Ewwwwwww, stop eating greasy food

Get a facial peal. it works great!!How can i remove dark spots on my face caused from acne?
I use a medicine called Retin A Micro, it's tretoritin gel. What it does is increase the rate of your skin's exfoliation and it also treats active acne and blackheads.
This is a prescription medicine but there are also over the counter medicines. Look for tretorotin gel, you should find it. It's very strong, so consider using it every other day or with a moistureizer. How can i remove dark spots on my face caused from acne?

My skin has red spots all over; uneven skin color on my face .?
what is this ? because i just got home from school and noticed that my cheeks and nose are redder than the rest of my face . is it because my skin is dry or overexposed to the sun or something ? how can i get an even all around skin tone ? are there any products that i can use to make them disapear ? besides foundation because i think it is too heavy for summer .My skin has red spots all over; uneven skin color on my face .?
try using aveeno line products. aveeno has a product for red spots and it contains soy that evens out skin tone.
i just got aveeno positively radiant cleansing pads yesterday and it worksMy skin has red spots all over; uneven skin color on my face .?
Hmm?
Maybe its somthing from the sun like sun patches.
If it's still there in the next week or so see a doctor other than that have your parents or if your old enough to drive go to a local Pharmcy/Drug store such as Walgreens or CVS and search for somthing there.
Good lukc hope it goes away!

Does toothpaste actually clear spots away or is it a myth?
It works only if you buy Crest Cinnamon Toothpaste and rub marble size amount on the spot.Does toothpaste actually clear spots away or is it a myth?

It is a myth. I read it in a magazine. They may dry out your acne but they don't make them go away.

There are light blue spots on my leg?
I was using nail polish remover and i think i wiped it on my pants and it must have gotten through. I took a shower and there's light blue streaks on my leg. I'm not sure if this is from the remover but that's what I have recently used. How do I get rid of it?There are light blue spots on my leg?
Nail polish remover wont stain your skin. It could be left over polish though if that was blue, or it could have been bled off from your pants.
Or if that's not it, it could be completely unrelated and be a bruise, in which case you should put vitamin E on it and try not to bump it.

Blotchy, DRY skin with spots! What should I use? Foundation- which one?
I have patches on my skin which are dry bits.. and I have quite a few spots on my forehad.

good luck!Blotchy, DRY skin with spots! What should I use? Foundation- which one?
Okay, PUT DOWN the makeup immediately. Makeup is not meant for that!
Go to your local CVS and buy the following products, use them in this order.
1- Cleanse your face with a moisturizing facial wash. http://www.vitacost.com/Emerita-Moisturi鈥?/a> there's one you might like to try.
2- Buy some Witch Hazel Toner. Only apply a tiny bit, as it can dry your skin out even more, and start by using it once daily.
3- (the most important step for you) Get a great moisturizer, I use Olay complete moisture for sensitive skin (it has a built in SPF) and I would highly recommend it cause it's non greasy, doesn't clog pores, very gentle, etc. But it makes your skin soft!
Don't use makeup to cover up, fix the problem!
Stop using make up it makes it worse use lemon juice. It gets rid of the dry skin spots I had one and it got rid of it in 3 days( also I exfoliated...scrubbed the dry skin)

How to remove red spots left over from pimples
so i made the stupid mistake of picking all of my pimples throughout my post-pubescent life. Now I have a face, chest, and back full of red spots left over from the pimples. I thankfully have minimal pimples now, but they're surrounded by numerous red spots. How can I remove these red spots and return my skin to normal?
Thank youHow to remove red spots left over from pimples

Had a back wax and now my back is covered in spots any suggestions?
I get the same when I have a bikini wax. I normally leave it for 24hrs and then gently exfoliate otherwise I end up with loadza ingrown hairs. If you have the reaction shortly after the wax then this is normal and will be gone after about 12hrs. Don't have a hot bath or expose your back to direct sunshine etc.Had a back wax and now my back is covered in spots any suggestions?

What are these red spots?
I have loads of little red spot things on the tops of my arms. They are really annoying and I have tried evrything to get rid of them. I know they are quite common but how do you get rid of them? What are these red spots?
If you're on about what I think you are they are called Chicken Skin (or something along those line) I had them too.
I read something a while ago and what you have to do is exfoliate well everytime you're in the bath/shower and mosturise. I did and now they've cleared up :)
Take a look at this too: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keratosis_p鈥?/a>
Hope this helps. What are these red spots?
I KNOW I have the same thing on my thighs and only on my thighs... my brother has something similar on the top of his arms.
It's funny, because I asked a question about this same thing!
I heard that lotion helps...but I'm not sure how long it takes. Some people say it's caused by no nutritional intake or not enough nutrition. But I eat very healthy, so that may not be the reason.
I tried shaving to see if the red spots would come off.. the hair came off but the spots remained.
The only thing I can come up with is either lotion and/or scrub really really hard with a lufa... in the meantime, I'm also looking for an answer.
it might be stagnation, have a massage regular if ya can, might improve it.
apparently carrots are good for them, i had the same thing, and i think they have helped a bit
Possibly ACNE.
its when you don't eat healthy enough, take vitamins and eat healthy.

Is t-zone a good skin product to get rid of spots?
never worked for me, t-tree oil in general has little or no effect, its better and more effective for me to use witch stick. Is t-zone a good skin product to get rid of spots?
I just use Dermalogica..Is t-zone a good skin product to get rid of spots?
I haven't ever used this product and as such am not sure how effective it is to get rid of spots. But I can recommend to you skin products from zenmed which are very good in removing dark spots.
I use dermalogica skin care range (and it really works!) Its a salon only brand and a bit pricey but there are some good stuff in the shops you can buy - look for brands that contain salicylic acid.

Can guys tell if a girl is wearing concealer (covering red spots and blemishes)?
like on certain areas of the face but not the whole face... so maybe it's not obvious. but i want to knowCan guys tell if a girl is wearing concealer (covering red spots and blemishes)?
Yes. We don't mind though.
Just don't over do it.Can guys tell if a girl is wearing concealer (covering red spots and blemishes)?
They can't tell if it's the right colour to your skin tone and that it's not caked on and that it's rubbed in or patted in properly, bit by bit.
Sometimes i see girls with foundation that's the wrong colour and where they have literally just slapped it on and you can see it in their eyebrows :S
But just covering red spots and blemishes - no they can't :)
If it's caked on and the wrong color, yes.
I have lots of guy friends that will point out if I have on concealer, or another girl.
Some of them say they would rather just look at the blemish then the gross cakey stuff over it.
Hope this helps.
It depends 100% on how well the concealer and skin tone are matched, as well as blended in.
But if a guy notices a large skin-colored zit on your face, he may draw the conclusion. However, he likely won't care.
who cares! Guys know girls were make-up.
Not if she puts it on properly.
im not a guy burt usually i can notice the people who put it on correctly and if they dont.
:) xx
Of course, its not rocket science.
no one will be able to tell if is on properly and doesn't end up flaking
Honestly I don't think they can tell/care, but if you have on too much then they can.
Yes. We don't mind though.

Pimples and red spots after shaving?
I have noticed that after i shave i get red spots from where the hair follicle is.. and then sometimes i get huge pimples that hurt as well! and i also get ingrowns which is so annoying.. does anyone else experience this or is it just me? and does waxing also cause red dots to appear ??
thanks :)Pimples and red spots after shaving?
I used to have the same problem and was told that it is from irritating sensitive skin, I tried using a different razor and that works for me. If that doesn't work waxing should work.Pimples and red spots after shaving?
Signs of razor burn. I think the pimples are appearing because the follicle is clogged and the hair is ingrown.
Body hair - try Nair or other hair removing creams.
Facial hair - Please don't shave facial hair it tends to grow in thicker and makes the follicle larger, which allows more bacteria to enter.
Try facial threading that is offered at some salons/spas
or try waxing, although some people with sensitive skin my end up with red patches.
Pseudofolliculitis barbae, the medical name for razor bumps, is an inflammatory reaction surrounding ingrown hairs that results from shaving. This problem occurs more frequently in people who have curly hair.
Razor bumps are created when the growing beard hairs exit the skin, curl over, and grow into the adjacent skin. This creates a foreign-body reaction resulting in an unsightly bump.
The link below will give you 10 good tips to reduce the bumps.
My fiance gets there all the time, he has found that investing in a good razor helps, but it isn't a perfect solution.
Waxing your entire beard area would be painful, and could cause bumps, red patches, and if not done properly scars.
You can try getting your beard threaded. They use two strings and pluck out the hairs, but they can do large sweeping areas with great percision. (not at all like tweezing). But this is a painful method of hair removal, but the results are awesome.
I live in Turkey, and here it costs about what equals $25 for the whole beard. My fiance got it done in the US once, and it was around $40.

My pants have spots on them?
I washed my blue capris in the laundry and when i took it out of the washing machine, it had red spots all over. It could have been the bleach i put in or the red shirt i had in the washing machine as well.My pants have spots on them?
Wait you put bleach on something then put it straight into the washing machine with other clothes? Well if you did colored shirt, it isn't going to turn it white. Bleach ruins all clothes except for whites which just makes them whiter. Also if you bleach an item of clothing wash it with only items of clothing that you wanted to bleach. Only bleach whites and never wash them with other colored clothes .I hope this helps,My pants have spots on them?
For a minute then, when I first saw your question I thought you had followed through, but now I see you have just made a silly mistake.
If you do not follow the instructions properly you are bound to end up with some gaffes. What on earth are you putting bleach in your washing machine for anyway? There are enough proprietary cleaners out there to have solved your cleaning problem. I'm a fella and even I know that you don't put colours together if they are not fast.
Anyway you can wear them to a fancy dress party and go as Mr Blobby!!!
You need to then get those sheets by dylon for dye spliis rewqah with the sheet and it should make the red dye cling to it,if it is bleach this wont work and unfortunately is damaged and even if you re dye the pants the bleach will show through as lighter.

Hi,
Harsh steroid topical creams are not the best for your skin, and can cause serious side effects. Have you tried tanning?
I'm not suggesting going hardcore everyday, just 3-4 times a week. It clears acne, and spots up within 2 weeks, and you'll feel great. I would recomend buying a high quality lotion, that doesn't clog pores for use in the tanning beds.
It might sound crazy, but I talked my husband into trying it for the same reason you have, and he couldn't be happier.I keep getting spots ne remedies?
an antibiotic, such as oxytetracycline, is great for clearing them up. The pill works wonders...but only for women!
Chat with your gp, they can usually come up with good solutions.gloss

My sister had this and when she went to the doctors they put her on the pill,

hey please tell me how to get rid of spots i relly need the helpHey well its hard to keep spots on your face so how do i get rid of spots?
If you have one or two big painful spots, try toothpaste or aftershave on them. The mint and flouride in the toothpaste open the pores and get rid of the germs, and the alcohol in the aftershave dries them up.Hey well its hard to keep spots on your face so how do i get rid of spots?
the answer is aloe vera either the plant it self or the products from forever living try the link below
these will work
www.foreverliving.com
well aloe vera is good but i'm allergic so i use tea tree in any form cleanser and moisuriser um seaweed is also good someone suggested bio oil to me i still have to get some but that helps with the scarring as well dont go for all these big name brands they full of chemicals and alcohol stick to natureal things like try rhe body shop (if u in uk) but right now i'm using tea tree and its working or save time and money and just go to a dermatologist and they'll never come back ;o)

Keep getting spots on my neck, any idea??
I keep getting spots all pver my neck but not to many on my face there horrible???Keep getting spots on my neck, any idea??
This may be caused by a sensitivity to your laundry detergent.
Also if the weather has been getting warmer, possibly perspiration, or direct contact with wool. I would suggest that you look into these first of all.
Please do not squeeze or try to burst the spots as you could be left with unsightly scars. Buy an anti acne preparation like Freederm and a skin wash for problem skin. Use these for about two weeks and then when the skin is on the mend, gently scrub skin using a washcloth or loofah. Change this each day. Drink plenty pure water and change shirts daily.
Good luck!Keep getting spots on my neck, any idea??
I had this for a while but I do take hormone pills.
the only thing you can do is not squeeze or touch and wash twice a day and apply a spot cream or savlon. Mine soon went after looking after myself a bit better.
belive me from experience there is NOTHING else you can do, its preventative action with spots. The ones there will just have to go on there own.
ps sounds really gross but is you have a real white head then you can pierce it with a sterilised sharp pin, then clean it out with cotton wool, they heal and disappear quicker.
I used to get those. My advice is don't touch them, and wash your neck with a mild soap at least once a day, maybe even twice if they're really bad. that tends to get rid of them after about two weeks or so.

Does wearing a hat give you spots on your forehead if yes how can i wear a cap but not get spots on myforehead
loosen it up if you can, buy a larger hat , if it is washable wash it put it on when damp and let dry on your head ,it will leave a line when you first take it off, but that will go away in a few min. after that no problems . repeat every time you wear your cap.Does wearing a hat give you spots on your forehead if yes how can i wear a cap but not get spots on myforehead
if the hat is dirty it'll cause acne. wash the hat often and keep ur face clean. don't leave the hat on too long if you're sweatingDoes wearing a hat give you spots on your forehead if yes how can i wear a cap but not get spots on myforehead
yeh it can, it absorbs sweat and dirt which will glog your pores, plus if you wear hair products like gel, it can be spread all over your head, just loosen the cap and wash it regularly
don't put the hat on, It could help you see better anyway
I've never known of wearing a hat or cap to make spots on the forehead; unless it's a straw hat which lets the Sun come against the skin through the small holes between the straw.
If you do wear a straw hat, switch to something more solid. If you already have something solid and Still get spots there's a kind of cream women use called ';Fathe Cream'; rub some of that on your forehead ( or sunblock cream ) and that ought to help.gloss

I am 14 yrs of age and have some spots on my skin .how can i get rid of them?
how can a girl have kissable lipsI am 14 yrs of age and have some spots on my skin .how can i get rid of them?
if that comes from itch, apply medicine and you will get fine.
if it is skin problem, see a doctor.
if it comes naturally, see a doctor too.I am 14 yrs of age and have some spots on my skin .how can i get rid of them?
What kind of spots, like freckles? You shouldn't worry about them, they will disappear as you grow older.
If you wanna have kissable soft lips, use sunscreen and dont use lipstick all the ime, you can end up with dark lines around your mouth, have u ever heard of FOREVER COMPANY? they have a product line made out of aloe vera, their lip gloss really makes your lips soft.bout the dark spots on your face, you didnt tell me how you got them, one suggestion though, dont pop your pimples and zits, they can leave scars, they go away if you let them be. avoid holding them, it cancause infection, use lots of lukewarm water when washing your face. use some hypo-allergenic moisturizers for your face.the aim is to get a gradual change for a permanent healthy skin not to have the results in one click ok? be patient. dont use cosmetics yet, they can do harm. ur still 14, your skin is still changing. wait.
u mean zits? Pop 'em!
go to doctors, squeeze em ,wash in special soap
it all depends be more specific...what type of spots you talking about? if you just talking about a dark patch like birthmark than you can try a bleach cream
What kind of spots ?? Brown spots ? Scar spots? Freckles??Often, pimples and sores leave brown spots. Keep your face clean with a healthy Soap like Olay , or a lotion cleanser. Esoterica has a lotion which fades spots. It is not expensive, and you can use it as a night creme. It is available at Walgreens and I am sure, other drugstores. Good Luck .

Before you do anything else, find a dry cleaners in the phone book that cleans leather (most of them don't) and get their advice on what to do. Barring that, call a shoe repair store. . Or see if the boot manufacturer has a website that can advise you. Good luck, I hope you can save them!HELP!Hot oil/ fat spattered on new leather boots (light grey). Is it ok to put toothpaste on facial spots and if so why?
toothpaste is used on spots because it dries up the spot and the surrounding skin.
try it and see how it works for you. some people go really red with it, others find it really effective. it isnt going to do you any harm.Is it ok to put toothpaste on facial spots and if so why?
i think it's okay as long as you don't leave it on for too long. my sister does it for 10 minutes in the morning while she's getting ready for school and she says it works pretty well. but don't try to keep it on for too long, because i actually ended up burning part of my skin. i guess i kept it on too long and it just burned me. and then i had to deal with a scab that was bigger then the pimple i had to begin with :/
so you can try it, just don't make the same mistake i did, lolIs it ok to put toothpaste on facial spots and if so why?
No its not good..
someone told me that the ingredients in toothpaste will harm your skin.
whoever said puting toothpaste on zits was a good idea is a butt head =)
yes it is i put toothpaste on mine and within a few days they had reduced in size and best thing is there are no scars after wards
of course it works on certain skin textures...
i have heard some use for making skin tone fairer
be careful ! too much of anything may also spoil
It depends on the skin!!!
a friend of mine use to do that and it works
but when i tried no result just rashes.
so just try.. maybe
No. The only home remedy worth using is the aspirin mask.

Can honey reduce the black spots, that comes after pimples, from my face?
Honey is antibacterial in nature, is known for helping acne-prone skin and heal skin (acne wounds, skin burns, etc). With it's semi-acidic pH and glycolic acid level, it is a great product to use on your skin. Try adding rosewater for additional benefits and pretty smell.
For extra exfoliation, you can put oat flour or brown sugar.
You can use brown sugar by itself too. It's divine.
Instructions
----------------------
Things You'll Need:
1 teaspoon honey
Water
Headband
Towel to dry
Step 1
Use a headband to hold your hair away from your face and eyes.
Step 2
Wash your face with lukewarm water to open up the pores.
Step 3
Dip your index finger into the honey and spread them all over your face. Make sure that every area with skin on it is covered.
Step 4
Leave the honey on your face for about 10-15 minutes. You may wish to do other things within this time frame or just be still.

Step 7
Do the massage and tapping interchangeably for about 5 minutes but not longer.
Step 8
Wash your face with lukewarm water followed by cold water then dab your face with a clean towel to dry it.
Step 9
Check your face in the mirror and see for yourself the results!
Honey mask:
Apply pure honey to your face and allow it to set until dry. This will take about 15 minutes. Once dry, rinse your face with warm water.
Honey scrub:
Mix 1 teaspoon of honey with a little almond flour into the palm of your hand. Gently apply on your face for a facial scrub. Rinse your face with warm water to remove honey scrub.
Daily facial cleanser:
Mix 1 teaspoon of honey with a little milk powder into the palm of your hand. Apply on your face to clean away dirt and makeup and then rinse with warm water.
Skin toner:
To firm, smooth, and moisturize your skin, combine 1 peeled, cored apple with 1 tablespoon of honey in a blender. Pulse honey mixture until smooth. Gently apply honey mixture on face and allow it to remain for 15 minutes. Rinse your face with warm water to remove the honey mixture.

If you are a girl or guy with long hair keep it back from your face. The oils in it makes your face break out. Also wash your hair more often if you can't put your hair back. Here's some professional advice:
Introduction to 14 Ways to Get Rid of Acne
Whether you're a teen or an adult with acne, you don't have to simply put up with it. Here are 14 ways to get rid of acne.
1. Don't pick, press, rub, or otherwise manipulate your pimples. If you do, you risk spreading the bacteria and increasing the chances of scarring.
2. Use an over-the-counter product containing benzoyl peroxide once or twice a day. It helps break up the plug of dead skin cells, bacteria, and oil that clogs the pore and forms an acne blemish. And it cuts down on the bacteria, too. Start with the lowest concentration, and work your way up.
3. Try over-the-counter products containing sulfur or resorcinol, which help unplug oil glands by irritating the skin. However, most dermatologists believe that benzoyl peroxide is the most effective over-the-counter ingredient for acne.
4. Don't just spot-treat acne; put the product on acne-prone areas, too. That can include your entire face (avoid the lips and eyes), back, and chest.
5. Go easy on your face. Washing removes oils from the surface of the skin, not from within the plugged ducts. In fact, if you're too aggressive in your quest for cleanliness, you may end up drying out or irritating the sensitive skin on your face.
6. Wash properly once or twice a day, using a mild soap, and rub lightly with your fingertips and warm water. If your skin is oily, use a soap with benzoyl peroxide for its drying properties.
7. Don't use brushes, rough sponges, cleansers with granules or walnut hulls, or anything similar on the delicate facial skin.
8. Don't use oily products, such as hair pomades, heavy oil-based facial moisturizers, or oily cleansers.
9. Use water-based make-up.
10. Don't get a facial. You may end up doing more harm than good.
11. Don't rest your chin on your hands or constantly touch your face.
12. Protect your skin from cancer and wrinkles without aggravating your acne by choosing an oil- free sunscreen of SPF 15 or higher.
13. Don't worry about what you eat, unless you notice a correlation between a particular food and your skin breaking out.
14. Watch out for iodine, which can be found in multiple vitamins and iodized salt. Some doctors believe iodine may encourage acne.
see a dermatologist (skin doctor) - they can give you a prescription
There is a product called Acne Fre. It looks and applies like Proactiv. I have used both and have had better results with Acne Free. It costs alot less than Proactiv too. Available at pharmacies and Wal Mart.
Ance Free works. It's a 3 step face wash but it works. And the whole thing is only like $20.00.Pretty afordable! It isn't as expensive as pro-active.that's like $30.00 or $40.00.
OK. Here is what you do. Try the following things:
1. Hot compress
Use a steamy hot damp towel (ring it out) and gently apply it repeatedly to your face, keeping it hot for 15 minutes per day. Do not scrub. Just lay the towel against your face and relax. You can add epsom salt to the hot water for your compress for even better results. Or for an easy compress, just run hot tap water and do it. Just gently apply the towel - do not wipe or scrub.
2. Use 10% benzoyl peroxide gel or cream over night. Start out with small amounts. If you get dry and have peeling, use a lightweight moistrizer.
3. Take a good multi vitamin with zinc and vitamin A - - not too much vitamin A.
4. Drink enough water, exercise and get plenty of sleep. Relax and don't stress. You'll look normal again soon.
5. Remember that you are more than what you look like right now.
6. You can use a home peel of glycolic or lactic acid. but I don't recommend this for people under 21 years of age, and its better to have this done at a dermatolgist or aesthetician.
I swear that the hot compress and benzoyl peroxide work! you'll see improvement by the next day! Do not overwash your face. Only wash your face 2-3 times per day. If you have cystic acne or deep large acnes that don't come to the surphace, you need different treatment. If your acne does not clear up, go see a dermatolgist. Do not pick at your skin. You don't want scars.
Feel better, your face will clear up with time! Good luck
If you're female, you may want to try a mineral based make-up like Bare Essentual. I'm 38 years old and I hate to tell you this but I STILL break out...and I've tried it all! The only thing that really works is a really good diet low on junk, a really good facial at least once a monthy (I personally like Aveda products- they don't break me out) and don't mess with the blemish!
If you're a guy- you can find a mineral based drying lotion simliar to Bare Essentuals -just wear it at night and a facial once a month won't kill you...no one has to know but you!
Proactiv (99.9% Accurate)

also try to avoid toching your face, and try to keep your hair away from your face cause it'll just get more oil on it then. and most important drink lots of water.gloss
