so i made the stupid mistake of picking all of my pimples throughout my post-pubescent life. Now I have a face, chest, and back full of red spots left over from the pimples. I thankfully have minimal pimples now, but they're surrounded by numerous red spots. How can I remove these red spots and return my skin to normal?
