I get that too. It seems to take a while for them to go away for me, but I don't know if there is anything that can easily fix it. My spots aren't any bigger than the pimple was, but they are there.
if you clean them properly, i get them too and they go away, it'll just take time, if you're that worried visit a dermatologist.
