Why do spots re-occur in the same place on your face and how can you prevent this?

The infected sebaceous gland is connected to an eternal zit supply. I get one on the end of my nose every other week, and have done so for 30 or more years.

Can't do a thing about it!Why do spots re-occur in the same place on your face and how can you prevent this?
Whenever you wash your face with hot or warm water, always finish by splashing very cold water on your face. Warm water opens your pores and allows the dirt and grease to come out. Cold water will then close the pores and stop more dirt getting in. And hopefully stop the spots. I've done this now since i was a teen and i very very rarely get any spots. i hope this helps. good luckWhy do spots re-occur in the same place on your face and how can you prevent this?
use toothpaste to remove spots leave it on for a short time, and look t the soap u use and diet.
If the spots are on your cheeks and chin it may be because you touch or rest your face on your hands a lot. The dirt, bacteria and oil on your hands can make you break out. Or if it's on your forehead and you wear a hat, it's the sweat on your hat brim clogging up your pores.

If you wear makeup, make sure to clean all your brushes often because they harbor bacteria that can make you break out.
tie your hands behind your back
Usually spots like that get re-infected often because there is already trauma in the area. I have re-occuring pimple spots, too.

If you know which ares are your trouble spots, just give a good soaking with witch hazel and put just a dab of honey on the spots for a long-lasting natural anti-bacterial coating.

Do that even when there isn't a problem, so the problem doesn't have a chance to re-start.
stop wearing make-up coz that gives everyone ugly dirty spots like you
