Why do I have yellow spots by my eyes?

I am only 16 but I have these yellow-ish discolored spots right by my eyes, like in this picture http://www.flickr.com/photos/carrierox4e鈥?/a> (They are not that yellow I am just using this picture to show you where the yellow spots on my eyes are at). My skin is very pale btw if that helps anything. What could these spots be from and how can I fix them and prevent them??Why do I have yellow spots by my eyes?

thats on the side of your eyes. wow. i have no clue. i thought you were talking about inside your eyes. ask you doc or look it up on Ask.com
