Apart from the person who has them, does anyone care if you have spots ? do they see you as unclean or greasy, or disgusting because you have them. Should it hinder friendships and relationships all because you have a few spots on your faceDo people actually care about spots?

It shouldn't, but unfortunately, it does most of the time. Adults tend not to care, but a lot of kids and teenagers are more about what's on the outside than what's on the inside. Until they grow up and learn theres waaaay more important things to worry about in life.
