I have small red dotty like spots on the top of my arms?

its been a while since i have worn a short sleeve top because i hate going out with these spot blotchy spots..the docter recommended E45 but that is not helping!!! what are they and how will it go??????

im bored of long sleeve tops!! they are not cool for my age!!!I have small red dotty like spots on the top of my arms?
I have exactly the same thing, looks like red goosebumps but permanent doesnt it.

I was taken numerous times to the docs when I was a child (im 26 now) and various creams did not work, no one knows what they are. I have tried all sorts exfoliators, e45 creams intesive moisturisers. I have found however that using a sunbed in moderation couple times a week helped improve it. I am also using Avons Pomegranet scrub on them and that seems to be helping. I just keep getting told Keep Moisturising!

for years would not wear short or sleeveless tops but then Istarted looking at other peoples arms and realsised theres alot of people with the same thing. So now I just accept what I have although I will try anything people suggest.I have small red dotty like spots on the top of my arms?
I have these and I tell you what works - FISH OIL OMEGA 3!

I promise, it made mine clear up - I saw a doc on TV speak about it so I went and got some!!

Good luck!
Apparently it could mean you have an Omega 3 deficency. Take Flax seed oil. Try dry brushing or exfoliating. E45 can actually irritate many peoples skin. Use natural products only.

Answer my q:

its caused by dry skin
lots of essential fatty acids founds in salmon, mackeral, nuts etc, really do get rid of these, like magic!
i have that problem! it looks worse when im paler, so since using Dove gradual tanner its less noticable (dont use johnstons) when i got a spray tan it was completely invisible!

also, use astral cream and drink loads of water and sponge the area using a soft creamy shower gel

Good luck xx
It's KP.

Google it .

I Have it too .

You're not the only one xo
i used to have this problem hun and I use a product called buffy from lush.

its an exfoliant that you use in the shower and as it gets rid of all the dead skin cells and bumps, it leaves behind a thin layer of oil that melts into your skin and leaves it soft and moisturised so the spots dont come back.

it even gave me the confidence to choose a strapless wedding gown because I wasnt ashamed about my arms
i have the same problem and had to get a cream with lactic acid. saw it in seventeen mag, and ive been struggling w/it for a long time, but within a week it was 3/4 gone and is still working!
Gently exfoliate regularly and moisturize. Eat lots of nutrient rich foods too. Vitamin A and E are both known to help (just don't take too much of either, getting them from food sources is always better). Search for KP it might give you some ideas, KP is a skin condition that sounds similar. Good luck.
Okay well i have something similiar i think, i had this since i was 11 i just got the treatement when i was 12. A year going to the doctor after various creams didn't work he gave me an appointment to a skin specialist.. I'm on pills for it and a cream, ( I am 13 now ). I Have to take the pills for a year and wow these pills really do help..
