HOW DO I GET RID OF SPOTS?

I don't have acne, but I have a few spots and I wash and cleanse my face every day and night, but nothing seems to be happening. The spots just never seem to go away.





What would be great, is if you could tell me any good creams available in England or some good home remedies.

Ok so I might be able to help you as I have mild acne.





Do not use all this Clean %26amp; Clear, Neutrgena etc. Its cr.ap. Stuff like that doesnt actually do anything, its just basically like a normal face wash.





I've heard that there are a few spot creams and things like that in Boots, superdrug etc so I would go and check them out and ask someone in there.





If it gets any worse, then just go for a quick visit to your GP and they might be able to give you some tablets, medicine etc (thats what they did with me)





So basically dont use all this Neutrgoena stuff cos it doesnt work, ask in places such as Boots. Also have a look for home remedies, I have heard that if you rub Honey on the spot and leave it overnight it reduces, or leave a green tea teabag on your spots for 10 mins, but DONT USE TOOTHPASTE!
