What trimmer/shaver is good for little spots...?

hey, this seems a bit weird for me to ask but i need to know. basically, im a guy and i have a little hair that grows over my eye brows or along the side of my eye. its small and not much. but i do keep my beard. now, i know women thread to remove those peski little hairs but how should i do it? i've looked for a trimmer or shaver thats smaller than those available on the market that can get to thos smaller areas and take care of that hair without hittin any of my eye brow or scalp hair line or beard. normal shavers are like 2+ inches long. but i want something smaller maybe 1/2 to 1 inch tops that wont require some acrobat manuevering.. hehe. anyone know of any out there? not too expensive either... and no, threading is not an option for me... hehe.What trimmer/shaver is good for little spots...?
