plz plp help me. suggest me some good remedy..How do i get rid of pimple marks n' spots on my face??
just wash your face with a rag do not rub it hard and do not pop or pick at pimples because it can leave a scar!!!!! and try those facial mask thingys. those are good too! and try not to touch your pimples either. just wash your face with soap and water with a rag every single night or morning. and you don't have to go to the store to buy those expensive products. and it doesn't cost a penny!!!!!!How do i get rid of pimple marks n' spots on my face??
I don't think you can get rid of them, but cover-up might work! =)
There is no magic remedy, I sure wish there was!!! Microderm abrasion will slowly and softly rub away the scars. It gets rid of old dead skin and rejuvenates new skin. Mary Kay has an amazing microderm abrasion kit that is safe to use every three days for softer newer skin. You should see results (subtle) in a week. And in four weeks a more dramatic result.
cosmetic surgery? or u could pop it or pinch it until it bleeds. IDK
I have to perfect thing for that MaryKay ache solution if you want to try it out go to Marykayintouch.com
go to new independent consultant and type in Frist name :Shawn last Name Williams, location New York
and then search go to skin care and you will fine a great deall of product that can help you. i had the same problem and those product works Good luck

Try using a mud mask once a week so your face will become less greasy and Biore make a face wash just for black heads and it worked really well for me ( wash in the morning and at night) Also try washing your pillow cover more often than you usually do. Raised Brown Spots On My Face?
For a few years i have had numerous small raised brown spots on my face. More have started to appear by the bridge of my nose. What are they and how do i treat them without seeing a specialist?Raised Brown Spots On My Face?
Are they pimples? I'd recommend washing your face and focusing on that area.Raised Brown Spots On My Face?
It could be a butterfly rash forming, now im not a professional but it sounds like it could be that if it across the bridge of your nose and a bit on your cheeks, instead of going to a specialist go to your gp because if it is this rash then it has the potential to cause scarring if left untreated. Hope it get better soon!eye liner

I'm black and I have these black spots on my face.?
I have these black spots on my face, no there not black heads or moles or freckles, and they've been on my face for as long as I could remember now. There flat you can see them if your like outside in the sun or 2 meters away from me. My parents says they'll just go away thats some bullshit I did research and I have to wait until I'm 40 years old before it starts to clear. Why would that long when I'm 16.I hate these things, it makes me look ugly. Please help me by telling me what can clear it up
PS suncream or aloe vera does not work I've tried itI'm black and I have these black spots on my face.?
Jeeze, I don't know. Why not see a dermatologist if it affects your self esteem?I'm black and I have these black spots on my face.?
I've seen a lot of black people with those spots and they don't look ugly. Maybe you're the only one who think they make you ugly.
If you think my answer is B.S. I have another one: go to a dermatologist and he will tell you what to do. Good luck!
Are you sure there not freckles.
It could be a birth mark

Well, you did your research and found out you can't change it so I would suggest that you just accept them. You probably dont like them because not everyone has them but its things like that that make us beautiful. Learn to love yourself for who you because the more you point it out the ';bad'; to yourself, the more prominent it will SEEM like everyone is staring or whatever. We are all unique. Hope that helps. :)
shhhh richwhiteprincess is just around the corner, go to your dermy and ask him/her for medicine to clear the spots up.
sounds like freckles...love the skin your in, try to conceal with foundation. Think of how worse of other people are and be happy with what you have!
First you should go see a good Doctor, and he or she will give you the best advise. Or you can go to a health food store and ask there advise. That a health food store not a GNC.
good luck.
Well last year after i came back from my vacation to punta cana with an incredible tan i started getting white bloches on my face so it looked like my face was really discoloured with like a really really nicee golden brown then white bloches. So i visited the walk in theropist and he said it might be fungus so he gave me cream to heal it and it heald slowly in about a month. So your best bet is to visit your doctor and ask!
I dated a black girl who had the same problem, and I know from experience precisely how to alleivate yourself of this. Though there is very little evidence available to support my claim, I assure you it will work amazingly well. The miracle-cure in this case is good old fashioned semen. No it does not need to be applied directly to the problem areas. You simply need to swallow a mans semen 2-3 times a week. (More than this is not harmful though) I believe it is the high levels of HGH (Human growth hormone) in a mans semen that has the healing properties. At any rate, its guaranteed to work wonders.
I've seen them before...you should probably go see a dermatologist if they really bother you, because I have seen advertisements for discoloration at my dermatologist before.

Oils such as sweet almond, olive, grape seed are good and are suitable for every skin type. Have been used by specialists to treat and cure acne. Do not clog, cause breakouts and, surprisingly, they diminish skin's oil production.
Quickly and permanently rid face of all pimples blemishes and overtime healed ALL of my many (some severe) skin conditions, and gave me a totally clear, glowing and radiant skin.
For best/quickest results briskly massage into skin for several minutes daily. In just two days you will start seeing results. Skin will also tighten, be firmer and look and feel smoother and revitalized.

Try using an aspirin mask, and putting on makeup helps too. This is how you do it, http://www.xanga.com/RiceBunny/567728185鈥?/a> . You need to keep using it, and you will see some relief in redness.

Does fresh lemon juice help get rid/prevent spots?
nah. well never heard it. you can squeeze it straight into your hair for highlights especially with blondes or squeeze half a lemon into a bowlwith one mashed avocado and spread on your face makes skin soft and that might help with spots but thats to do with the avo!
have fun
oh try avo and natural yogurt thats good too! and natural yogurt and honey good enough to eat good enough to put on your face!

No it doesn't, just a myth.Does fresh lemon juice help get rid/prevent spots?
No but it makes you [and especially babies] pull very funny faces!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lemon juice is acidic and will cut facial oil. It's a mild antiseptic and will kil bacteria on the face to a certain extent;but as far as preventing spots-no. Getting rid -not really. Get a really good acne product such as Proactiv or see the dermatologist for a preventative cycle of tetracycline (antibiotic). The old models' trick for preventing spots is an aspriin dissolved in 4 oz. of water and rub it on your face with a cotton ball, let dry. Three times a week at night.
it does but you can't use too much as it can cause your skin to sting and turn really red. Best way to use it is to add a couple of drops to a tablespoon of full fat milk or fresh single cream and then apply to your face. you can leave it on for around 2 minutes and then wash it off.
I have heard so thinkin its the acid. Ive heard it about vinegar too. I use toothpaste on my spots it works wicked mate
im not sure but i read in the trinny and susannah book i got a while ago that if you rub it under your arms it will beat the sweat and stop the white powder from deo rubbing on your clothes?!
hope this helps!
with love xx
This will Lighten them. I do not know of any removal other than surgery. Cocoa Butter lightens scars.
yes it doesnt prevent but can be used to lighten the marks on skin. its a natural bleaching agent and regular use may remove tan on skin and spots like acne marks
no,but its really good for your hair for natural highlights.
I think it is the other way round. I read in a book if your car perfume has got orange or lemon smell, it would accelerate the formation of spots, rather than prevent them.
It won't get rid of spot's directly, but a lemon juice toner is said to be good for treating oily skin, and oily skin can cause spots, so i'd say yes, to a degree it can be helpful
yes this is true belive it or not, squeeze it in your eyes you wont see the spots

Bald spots from hair extensions?
I have a few bald patches on the side of my hair after wearing hair extensions for 8 months, and this happened wen they fell out.now i see hair sprouting from the follicles of these bald patches and it is itchy.why is this?Bald spots from hair extensions?
if your extensions were put in incorrectly they will put your natural hair under a lot of tension, causing tension alopica (bald spots). your hair will regrow when it has come out. extension are only ment to be worn for a maximum of 3months then you have them taken out to let your hair rest for 1 month then re apply them. i would advise you to have them taken out and leave them out for a while, if you can live without out them get some american dream quick fix clip in extensions while your hair is resting and growing back, these extension dont put your hair under tension or cause bald spotsBald spots from hair extensions?
maybe the extensions were too tight.

Whats the best way to get rid of spots&pimples fast?
is there a product that will help my spots go away fast and effectively
i'm 13 and ive had spots since i was 9 and i don't know what im doing wrong what should you not do to get them away they are really annoying and sometimes are sore. thanks xWhats the best way to get rid of spots%26amp;pimples fast?
this may sound obvious but maintaining a healthy water intake works wonders. covering up with make up will certainly hide the spot but it wont get rid of it. it'll just clog up the pore and make it worse in the long run.
everyones skin is different. but the humanj body is designed to sort itself. i would say regular sleep, balanced diet and plenty of waterWhats the best way to get rid of spots%26amp;pimples fast?
Wash twice a day, Dont apply oils to the face, Use an over the counter product, and apply toothpaste to the affected areas. Toothpaste actually works really well.
Calamine lotion has a drying effect so you can apply it overnight and wash the next day. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/
~ use prescription acne medicine if its bad ( get at your doctor )
~ *IMPORTANT* wear your hair up when you sleep! greasy hair gets on your face and your pores get clogged.
~NEVER PICK THEM
~ cover with a little foundation
My mum keeps poppin' my sisters ones!
Dunno sorry

What age does purperty stop at im 18 and a boy and get acne few spots?
Depends when you started.
I think for guys it's 3 1/4 years.
Also, some people have acne until they're very old, or get it on and off.
So it could be hormones, could just be you. What age does purperty stop at im 18 and a boy and get acne few spots?
Puberty ending and acne ending are completely different. I know people who are almost 40 and they still get the occasional pimple or two. Just keep washing your face at night so the days ';pollution'; doesnt clog up your pores at night, and still do NOT touch your face constantly. Good luckWhat age does purperty stop at im 18 and a boy and get acne few spots?
at age 21 you will stop changing completely.
Im 23 and still get acne lol
My guy friends still get it too sometimes.
Just part of life

Just wondering if it will leave any scars or marks by squeezing or picking your spots?
yahh it will leave a markJust wondering if it will leave any scars or marks by squeezing or picking your spots?
yes it will leave a scar.
i picked all my spot's when i was younger and now i pay the price as i've got load's of scar's now and they don't look nice at all.Just wondering if it will leave any scars or marks by squeezing or picking your spots?
Yes, almost every single time. That's a huge reason why you shouldn't do it, aside from the fact that it only spreads the bacteria, causing more acne.
It could just be careful!
yes , it will after that apply'; nomarks'; oinment available in market.......
Yes.
no, you won't. just make sure to put some antiseptic cream where you have bust one open!
dunno about that but squeesing or picking spreads them......just let nature take its course....or get rid of them forevr by taking care of diet and using good facewashes.
Yes it can do. Unless really important leave each heal on their own.
It will leave red or brown marks that will fade, but if it's a large spot like a cyst that you pick those can leave pock marks.
Yes, you should leave them alone.
Yes you can get scars from doing so.
It depends really, if you have a whitehead, there are safe ways of popping them, but if I were you I'd steer clear of picking on pimples.

What is a cheap way from preventing spots?
drink loads and loads of waterWhat is a cheap way from preventing spots?
Well to prevent them try to eat less sugary and fatty foods. Because all the junk food can cause spots as it isnt good for your skin.
To get rid of them i've hear you can use toothpaste apply it just before you go to bed. It might sting a little though.
Wash your face every morning and evening with soap.
Or go to chemist and just look around for some good products to get rid of spots you can get some really inexpensive ones which are just as good as the ones which are expensive.
Good Luck. What is a cheap way from preventing spots?
Drink lots of water, eat water based veg (i.e cucumber and celery). Avoid fatty or sugary foods. Drink hot water with lemon (which in turn aids your digestive system).
Have a hot shower so it really steams, get out and splash your face with ICE COLD water, it closes your pores!
Wear NONE OIL based facial products (if you use any).
Squeeze all the juice and seeds from a tomato place the stuff on your face and let it dry then wash it off, its also good for pores and its a natural exfoliant.
Get 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and half a teaspoon of water and dot it on your t-zone. Its great for getting rid of grease and closing pores.
DONT USE SOAP or anything else that will dry your skin, having dry skin is no better than spotty skin.
Hope these have helped a little!
essentail oils, go to healthfood shop and get some make sure you mix with base solution like olive oil as oils can be very harsh when used neat... or go to embarrasing illness website its a programme and i remember there being a spot special on there so they might have some tips. it was on channel 4 (uk)
When ever you finish washing your face splash your face with cold water. The warm/hot water on your face OPENS the pores of the skin. If you splash cold water onto your face after washing it will close the pores of the skin meaning less grime gets in.
Natural acne cure might be one approach.
use a cleanser, toner and a moisturier twice a day, and eat fruit and veg, drink lots of water
cleanse with a facial wash which contains either salicylic acid or glycolic acid.

One of the best ways to reduce hyperpigmentation is microdermabrasion, a safe and effective exfoliation treatment performed by licensed estheticians. Another way is enzyme or glycolic peels, also done by an esthetician. You can find products with Kojic acid that help lighten the spots, and Eminence Organics Stone Crop Line is fabulous and very nourishing, too.... I am an esthetician and I work with Eminence, you should check out their Yam %26amp; Pumpken Enzyme Peel , and the Stone Crop line.

I want2 have no flakes or dry spots when i put on foundation!?
mostly around my cheeks and nose area!I want2 have no flakes or dry spots when i put on foundation!?
I HATE those.
Take a shower or wash your face really well before you put on your makeup. Then, when you are done, put Cetaphil on your face. It's a light, creamy kind of toner that you don't need to rinse off and it's great for moisturizing while being non-oily and gentle. When it has dried somewhat (like, start getting dressed and by the time you're done, it'll be ready) put your makeup on.
I'm using Covergirl's mineral power foundation that comes with the little kabuki brush and it's great. If you're still getting flakes, try dabbing and blending just a little bit of Cetaphil over your makeup to help smooth it out.
Also, give your skin time to breathe. Go without makeup when you are home and moisturize when you can.I want2 have no flakes or dry spots when i put on foundation!?
it's called a good moisturizer hunny. go get some estee lauder or something :)
you need to use a moisturizer 10 mins before appliying your foundation.
i have that problem too
usually what I do is I get a non pore-pore clogging lotion and I put that on first. After it dries put the foundation on. You may find your face is shiny afterwards because of the lotion.
What I do is put some powder on it and PRESTO! The dryness is gone.
Keep in mind though, if your face is really dry it may take a few days before your spots are gone completely.
try puttin moisturiser on just befor foundation
You can use a moisturizer before you put on make up, and wash your face morning and night with this face wash called Cetaphil it keeps your skin extra soft but not oily, (it's what models use)
Try covergirl tru blend. I have it and it works great. Try blending it in with a dab of water on a cotton ball.
try using a thinner powder and foundation.
try going into mac or sephora they will help you find the make up that is best for your face...also they will give you a make over and make you feel all pretty and girly !
good luckkkk!!!
=)
Wear moisturiser with it and also use a liquid foundation and try not to put any powder on afterwards.
exfoliate..it gets off dead skin and smoothes your face. and then add a moisturiser..a non greasy one would be better
first, use moisturizer and get the liquid foundation. rub it in smoothly and gentle. that should help.
Either find a tinted moisturiser, or use a good moisturiser such as Simple replenishing moisturiser which is oil free, wait for it to soak in, and then apply foundation.
i have the same problem, use a good moisturizer from Clinique, it's yellow and it's fabulous. exfoliate a couple times a week, but mainly in that area and you will see results after a week!
Get some good moisturizer.
then put on moisturizer first before you put on the foundation.
Go to the body shop or a store like it, and buy a facial scrubbing sponge or cloth. Use this with your face soap to exfoliate every day. Its good to do this in the shower after washing your hair, because then your face is wet and the skin will exfoliate more easily (and without too much scrubbing which can irritate your skin).
Then after that use a moisturizing lotion or cream .. I reccomend dove, ponds, oil of olay .. usually they cost $10-15. Be sure that its got SPF 15 suncsreen in it. This really helps protect your skin from the sun's damage (even in the winter!). Also, cream is thicker than lotion. I have really dry skin so I use a cream.
Then apply your foundation. If you've still got flakes then mix a tiny bit of your moisturizer with the foundation. Keep in mind this will dilute the foundation a little bit, so it might not go on as strong.
If you still have dry skin (and only do this if you don't easily get acne, like me) you should wash your face at night, apply your lotion/cream, then take a little dab of Vaseline and rub it evenly on the palms of your hands. Then wipe yoru hands on your face, focusing on the driest areas. In the morning your skin will feel so soft! I do this about once a week ..
Some underlying causes of your dry skin could be the weather (in winter the air is very dry, sucking out moisture from your skin. Winter is usually the time when everyone has their heaters on full blast, and the heaters also serve to suck your skin dry. Try putting a humidifier in your bedroom / wherever you sleep or spend the most time. It adds moisture to the air.
Also, try different foundations. I forget what the ingredient is called, but something in SOME foundations serves to completely block your pores from breathing (this doesn't mean it causes acne/zits, just that moisture cant get into your skin). Usually the people at the body shop (esp the manager) will know what you should use. A good foundation can really change your skin. The foundations at the body shop are $20-30.. but if you just ask her what the ingredient is that dries your skin, then you can write it down %26amp; go buy cheaper foundation at your local pharmacy or whatever that doesn't have that ingredient.
Good luck! =)
mix ur foundation with liquid moisturiser suitable for ur skin..and then apply on face..
Get a moisturizing foundation so you won't dry out your skin.
mousturize with a good FACIAL lotion and then apply concealer. Hope i helped!eye liner

Every time i use mosturiser i get spots if i use sun cream i dont what mosturiser is fo me?
You have an allergy to something in it. Try using moisturisers that do not contain lanolin - my sister has that problem.Every time i use mosturiser i get spots if i use sun cream i dont what mosturiser is fo me?
If its like a brown spot or close to that, your not allergic.
When your out and about its important to have a moisturiser that has sun protection. I believe that your moisturiser doesn't have enough sun protection or none at all. Usually moisturiser that has sun protection isn't much and aren't worth it so its better to put sunscreen on top. Sunscreen is very important as it combat aging and spots.
What I think you should do is Moisturise and Sunscreen on top. Sunscreen is very important and my favourite. I use both, if you find the right one it shouldn't be to greasy.Every time i use mosturiser i get spots if i use sun cream i dont what mosturiser is fo me?
well,
try clearasil wake up beads.
it's in a clear tube with orange filling.
It works great it mosturises your skin and evens out skin tone and makes it look luminous and healthy:)
Sun cream is the perfect moisturiser as it protects your skin from ageing.

Help get rid of scars from spots?
i used to have quite bad spots but they went away. i still get the odd one now and then but unfortunatley they never seem to FULLY go away.
unfortunaley im left with patchy skin from where the spots have been. is there anything i can do to help get rid of these unsightly scars?Help get rid of scars from spots?
Prevent scars from forming in the first place. Keep all wounds clean so that they do not get infected. Rub a first-aid antibiotic cream or ointment on them. Rub on an over-the-counter antibiotic cream or ointment designed to help reduce scars. Do not pick at scabs when you have a wound that is healing, or you'll create a worse scar once the wound finally heals.
Buy some Vitamin E capsules. Break open a capsule and rub Vitamin E on existing scars daily. Rubbing on Vitamin E helps to smooth and straighten out collagen, which is a structural protein found in scar tissue. The Vitamin E within the capsule helps to keep the skin soft and moisturized.
Use cocoa butter on new and older scars. Regular use of cocoa butter will help your scars fade and become lighter over time. They may not vanish completely, depending on how long you鈥檝e had them or how bad they are, but the cocoa butter will help.
Buy patches and creams that are aimed at reducing the appearance of older scars. You can find these creams in most drug stores. The time you will have to wear the patches over the scars will vary, depending on how noticeable the scar is to begin with. The creams usually have to be used for a few months or more. Some of the scar creams and patches have a money-back guarantee if you鈥檙e not satisfied with the results after a certain amount of time.
See a doctor about surgically removing more severe scarring, such as keloid scars. Do not try to remove a keloid scar on your own. Many surgical scars are permanent, but the appearance can be treated so they become lighter and smoother over time. If you have stitches, do not pick at them or try to remove them on your own. This can re-injure the area and you鈥檒l end up with a worse scar.

I have pimples and facial spots and want to get rid of them. Please somebody provide a simple solution. Thanks in advance for your reply.
OmilPlease,is there any simple process to get rid of pimples and facial spots. Please I need a simple remedy to it.
My wife had severe facial acne until she changed her diet. Her skin looks so clean and fresh now. She reduced her intake of dairy products and sugar products to almost zero and no white flour products. She eats wholefoods, fresh fruit and vegetables. (especially green leafy vegetables) She also drinks clean rain water every day and lots of it. The acne took about 3 months to clear away. A simple effective answer, but it takes discipline to get into good eating habits. No expensive creams or drugs and she looks a million dollars. Please,is there any simple process to get rid of pimples and facial spots. Please I need a simple remedy to it.

Don't use soap on your face. Use simple cleanser, toner, moisturiser that suit your skin (oily/dry/normal) once in the morning and once in the evening.
There is great research and information at www.cosmeeticscop.com. I think you'll find what you need there. Good luck!
i hate to say it but pro active is the best thing going for about twenty to thirty bucks a month you will never have to worry about it again. you will be able to tell the difference in one to two days. seriously. my son had acne so bad. i bought it after 2 days it was like night and day.
Netrogena ';On the Spot'; acne treatment...is a great product for what the name says....wash your face with Cephcil soap...gentle..but opens pores nice to help get the oil build up out...then there was another netrogena that my son used...in between the washing face...then applying the on the spot, if I remember this right...it was the Eurcerin lotion..before he applies the On The Spot . But there is another line of product that was absoutely awesome but a little expensive. This stuff has no radical ingridents in it...that can hurt your face...or even scar your face. But this product is not heard of widely yet...as it should. It is from the company called Melaluca ...the have their own acne pack they use, it is called Zap It!...my son used it...and it worked wonders on him!!!! you can research it and check it out on line....I will attach the link for you to look through. IF you are a football player...those white tights you wear to the games and get all brown....they have a product called pre- spot...it will take every inch of that brown stuff off!!!!!! No kidd either!!!
Try pro-active it works a treat

Best ways to get rid of spots fast?
That isnt going to be expensive?!Best ways to get rid of spots fast?
Are you from the UK?
If you are (if you're from America, you might be able to get it from Boots- i'm not sure, you'll have to research it)- try TCP- it's amazing for getting rid of spots really quickly. I've been using it for a couple of months and it's really good and cheap!
Ok, so it can smell pretty bad- but, honestly, the smell goes away really quickly!
You can buy it from any supermarket or chemists for only about 拢2.30 a bottle (which lasts for ages)- there's a link to it here to show you: http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/s鈥?/a>
I've not tried it before, but now they make it in an ointment, too, which is probably (i'm guessing) more diluted and less harsh to the skin- but if I were you, just buy the original liquid version because it will last for ages.
Just dab it on your face with a cotton wool bud or even just your finger after you've washed your face in the morning, and just leave it for a while. (It says that you shouldn't cover it- but I cover it with make-up if i'm going out, after it's dried, and it still works well). You should apparently re-apply every 4 hours (which works best)- but you don't have to.
And yes- it tingles/stings a tiny bit at first- but this just shows that it's working and you get used to it, I promise!
Try it and you'll see!
Also, drink as much water as you can; try not to cover your face up in make-up everyday to hide the spots; cut down on caffeine/sweet food; and exercise- it's the best way to keep your skin looking healthy!
Hope this helps and good luck! :)xBest ways to get rid of spots fast?
take this as a very good piece of advice for you the best way to keep on top of your skin difficulties is to exfoliate and mask if you on a daily basis use a product suitable for your skin type to clense and moistuirise you should take some advice locally from a professional person as to what your skin type is and buy some decent clensing and mioistuirising products to use every day. simply get one that you can afford everyone is in the same boat just buy whats within your own budget you know best what that is products dont have to be super expensive to work wonders and you may find it interesting to look up on the net different types of masks that you can make at home yourself that are DIVINE included in these would be for example honey which is really good for the skin mixed with oatmeal and milk is so amazingly nice on the skin its hard to believe you can mix it up your self and lie back and let it work on your skin.
you need to buy an exfoliating product suitable for you and a face mask suitable for your skin and use these no more than 3 times a week and gradually you will see that your skin will improve.
drink 8 to 9 glasses of water a day to flush out toxins and dont pick your spots as this will scar your face if you leave them they will dry up eventually once you follow this routine carefully and in a little while if you stick to this bit of a routine you will be very very happy good luck gorgous xx
My best tip? It might not sound that reliable at first, but trust me, it works every time! Dab a little perfume on the spot. Seriously! The alcohol and other ingredients in the perfume dry the spot out, making it heal faster. If you don't want to waste your chanel, why not go to your GP and get a prescription. My dad is a gp, and even though I don't have acne (I'm actually quite blessed when it comes to skin) I use this medical spot treatment that you just put on at night and it heals the spots really well and prevents new ones forming! If you have severe acne, I recommend going on a pill treatment- the best way to treat it in my opinion. A friend of mine has severe acne - but you would never be able to tell in the slightest because she takes these pills which treat it really well and her skin is amazing! Don't buy the cheap chemist stuff - it never really works. The more you use it, the more your skin can actually become used to it and so it stops being so effective. To help your skin heal extra quickly, eat lots of fruit and vegetables to give you essential vitamins, drink plenty of water (around 1.5-2l per day) and get your sleep. Its a myth that eating chocolate and pizza will give you spots - but eating better food certainly will help clear your skin faster! x
toothpaste, perfume or aftershave applied with clean fingers just before you go to bed.
Basically you need to dry the spot out - these three items will dry it out while you sleep. It may take a couple of days, but it will work.
And DON'T POKE AT IT. Prodding, squeezing and general poking will make it more inflamed.
Good luck.
try Ambi spot treatment, works wonders and is not expensive at all you can buy it at Wal-Mart for $15.00
wash your face in nothing but cold water everyday
when one comes up dab toothpaste on it overnight
it will be gone in the morning!
weird but true!
Cleansing twice a day, Keeping foundation to a minimum, and using lotions specifically for oily/spotty skin
1. A cleanser (Proactive or sumthin)
2. Personally i clean my face with rubbing alcohol after avery bath
and thats about it......works like a charm
Sudocrem Antiseptic Healing Cream ... its cheap and def effective :-D
Sand blasting, painful but effective.
What kind of spots? Like on skin or carpet. Need more info please.
a belt sander;-)
throw him a ball...

Facial skin treatment, remove freckles and spots?
is there any treatment be it acid or something that you can get to remove all the freckles, spots and moles from your face and make it nice?
there must be some surgery thing. what skins surgery do they offer?
thanksFacial skin treatment, remove freckles and spots?
don't know abt moles but for spots check this.... in this site there are loads of home remedies on how to maintain skin and has article about 12 super foods for skin, aloe vera and its benefit for skin, egg face mask, zap the zit, how to avoid sunburn ,honey check it out hope this would help uFacial skin treatment, remove freckles and spots?
Is the mole protruding from the skin? If so, a RN or dermatologist would actually cut that off. You shouldn't. They should.
If it's just a dark spot on your body, you can probably lighten it. Along with freckles,.. or any scarring.
Two things I suggest:
Chemical peels and microdremabrasion.
A chemical peel is when an esthetician or dermatologist (but mainly estheticians) put a chemical or acid solution on your skin. They'll put 3 or so layers on,.. depending on how much you can handle. For some people, it burns slightly. For me, it was nothing. :) It's about a 30 minute procedure. After about a day or so, you'll start to peel. They'll give you instructions on how to care for it. It'll last maybe 3 days. But after that, your skin is alot brighter, smoother, and healthier. What a chemical peel does is that it gets down into your pores and pushes off all of the dead skin, bacteria, etc off (hence you peel.) It's an AMAZING procedure if you want to reduce the appearance of spots on your face. I use it for scars. It'll take about 6 of these procedures to make you skin appear spot free.
A microdermabrasion is when an esthetician or dermatologist use a machine with little crystals (but not sharp ones) to scrape off the dead layers of skin. Don't let this scare you. I'm not very good at explaining it. It doesn't cut into your skin. It just lightly scrapes over the top layers. A lot of people like this procedure because if you can't take time off of work, school, etc, there's no down time for healing so nobody will even know you had the procedure done because you don't peel or anything. And it has the same effect as a chemical peel. However, I prefer the peel.
Removing dead layers of skin cells is good because then you'll get down to healthy, fresh skin cells. Obviously, the dead layers on top are damaged because you have freckles, spots, etc. So removing those layers is the way to get rid of those things.
You could also use a creme with hydroquinone (a lightening agent used for skin care) in it. It doesn't have a dramatic effect like the peel or microderm, but over time, you should see them lighten. You could use this creme along with getting a chemical peel or microderm.
Look for a Med-Spa or dermatologist office for any of these things. A chemical peel and microderm are both a little under a 100 bucks per procedure.
Be sure to use SPF of atleast 15 to avoid any more damage to your skin. :)
Hope this helps. :)
Good luck!
there is no surgery to get rid of spots. :/
but to remove mine i went to a private dermatologist and went on roaccutane, its the best treatment going.
and for freckles - there are special creams you can buy which help fade the colour of them. but they dont really work to well.
and as for the moles - if theyre really bad, your local hospital should remove them for you but theyre useless sometimes so go private.
and if you meant that you had scars from the spots you should have a chemical peel done which helps removes the scars but do not use this on the moles.

How To Get Rid Of Spots? FAST!!!?
Spots are (mostly) due to a build up of grime and oil, so it is vitally important to follow a good skincare routine.
This should include cleansing twice (the first time removes any grime from everyday living and/or make-up and the second actually cleans the skin), toning (to remove excess cleaner which, if left on the skin, can actually CAUSE skin irritation) and moisturiser to keep the top layers of the skin supple. On top of this, you should be exfoliating 2 times a week for normal skin, less if it's dry or excessively oily, and you should also use a mask which is suited to your skin type - again, 2 times a week for normal skin.
Depending on the skin care products you choose (I like dermalogica), you can get daily exfoliators and medicated clearing gels (you apply overnight after c.t.m'ing the skin) which dry the spot out.
Don't use toothpaste on your spots, the fluoride will only make them worse. How To Get Rid Of Spots? FAST!!!?
I've heard tea tree oil is supposedly meant to work? You could try that and I find that Nivea Visage Young Cleansing Gel gets rid of my spots over night :] Spots will come back if you don't keep cleaning your face, so get a load of good facial products and you'll probably find yourself free of spots! :)

How to fade away sun spots?
I have try a few skin care remedy like microdermabarion but nothing helpsHow to fade away sun spots?
FACE: I had pimple scars, discolorations, many freckles, age/sun spots, uneven and sun damaged skin, even moles and this completely got rid of them all.
Use a natural oil - olive oils work really well - and massage over and over quite vigorously (that is the key to it working!) Do with a ';to and fro'; action not a circular one, using tips, sides and front of fingers. As skin has to adjust, gradually build to a 20 min or more daily treatment(can do in one, two or more sessions) for fastest results). They will fade completely overtime.
If apply to whole face it will give you a completely clear, totally blemish free, healthy and glowing skin. You will not need to use any other treatment or product ever again.
HANDS/ARMS/LEGS: Use a softer type rectangular hand held green pan scrubber, dip in oil and rub repeatedly directly on the spots - reddening of skin is OK but be careful not to overdo.Skin quickly adjusts. you can rub more strongly in a day or two. See distinct fading in one week. Keep it up and they will completely vanish.
If use sunscreen apply on top of the oil, It is equally, if not more, protective and the oil protects from harmful sunscreen ingredients. I am in intense sun for many hours and with one application of even an spf 15 sunscreen I get complete protection and.never burn nor get any sun damage.

Do you get blotchy white spots on your skin from drinking to many sodas?if so how do i treat it?
I've not heard of this happening. The easy way is to cut back the amount of soda you drink. You'll benefit in other ways too (less sugar/calories, teeth stay whiter without cola stain).
i have never heard of that before! but i don't drink pop all the time, so i guess i wouldn't know. Maybe you should ask your doctor about it or something.
Mayb u should stop drinking soda
no. but you should stop dirinking soda. There's no nutritional value in it whatsoever. Do something good for your body. Water or juice.
I get the white spots to and I noticed that it happens when I go out into the sun. Alot of people have that skin condition and if it really bothers you, you might want to talk to a dermatoligist. If you do go out into the sun just make sure that you wear your spf, cause skin cancer is way worse then white spots.
There is some useful advice here.
I don't know if you get white spots from drinking soda but try drinking water on a daily basis.

You can go to the Dermatologist and they will give you a skin bleaching cream. It sounds harsh but its virtually harmless. It doesn't sting or burn. I used it on my skin and it worked wonderfully.

Uhhhh! sounds like some kind of fungus under the skin blocking the sun... OR it may be inherited . Ask your Dr. or school nurse if you are in school-- Hope you find out what it is.... I have a friend with the same thing.. so was her mother and sister.??? They said they got it from the Tanning bed??
It's not a fungus. They won't go away completely. My brother has the same thing. First of all, use sunscreen because it will only get worse if you don't. The doctor has my brother using Selsun blue medicated shampoo on his shoulders and it really is clearing them up a bit.

A Girlies Question! .. I have spots and i cant seem to get rid of them!?
These spots i have i use concealer everyday but they still show. None of my friends have spots and i really want to get rid of them! I Clense everyday! Got any ideas on how to get rid of them? xA Girlies Question! .. I have spots and i cant seem to get rid of them!?

i absolutely swear by tea tree oil or distilled witch hazel. My sister bought an invisible spot and blemish correcter from avon.. she said thats really good.

Try going to a dermitologist!
That would pobably be your best bet!
its your hormones sweetie. but blokes get em as well! make sure you drink load of water. that helps to purify the skin and make it clear. you might want to lay off the make up as it can actually make spots worse. if you really cant do that then get the which concealer stick. it contains which hazel which is an astringent and helps get rid of spots. the oral contraceptive pill also helps.
i use hydroquinone to fade my marks on my face.
U can use the Acne Free Mark Fading system(which is my fav) or Ambi(which made my face greasy%26amp; i didn't see much difference). But always make sure to use sunscreen!!
Drink plenty of water babe and eat a healthy diet. That's the only way. I'm not joking by the way i'm being totally honest with you. Perhaps use a light facial scrub like St Ives and don't plaster on lots of creams and make ups. Aim to drink about 8 glasses of water per day, and improve your diet - less fatty foods etc.
good luck!
you should invest in a special gel called 'PanOxyl Aquagel' which is available from most pharmacies or chemists. you only need a little bit at a time and you put it on everyday. it helped me loads =]
you shoudl egt the '2.5' one as all the others are too harsh on your skin and start to make it greasy. =]
Try tee tree oil is is antiseptic and will dry the spots out.
This actually seems to work for me.
A product called Maca Root Extract, (about 拢12 though look for a reputable supplier) which is best consumed in pill form cos the powder although cheaper is rather foul. Have this in conjunction with a Vitamin C and Zinc pill ( 拢4-5 from Boots) and lots of aerobic exercise (where you sweat) and water.. You'll be glowing in no time :)
whatever you do dont buy clearisal!
My current skin care regime is really good...it's from Lush, and has 3 steps - the cleanser 'Herbalism', a toner called 'Tea Tree Water' and a moisturiser called 'Imperialis'. I find it's really effective...I don't get nearly as many spots now as I did. At the moment my skin is completely clear! 2 months ago, that would NOT have been the case...drink lots of water as well because it helps your body flush out toxins. Hope this helps!
there are a number of reasons why ur getting spots- stress, lack of sleep, diet, hormones....
iv still yet to find my HG products in clearing my skin but have found a number of products that work- pearl cream, JM skincare line, PSF acne mud
best of luck!
There is this stuff called topical lotion (clymadin phosphate) where you can get it from the chemeist which gets rid of spots in no time i use it every winter and its really good better then anything eles.
And theres this stuff called Clean %26amp; Clear which claims to reduce spots in just 4hrs.which you can get in stores.
Also drinking loads of water can help to. Ive been doing it for a month and now i look great and i feel clean too.
hoped i helped Good luck!
What color are these spots? Are they raised or flat? Need a better description.
Hi, it could be something you are using causing the spots to stay and for you to come out in more spots so do you cleanse tone and moisturise if you do you might be allergic to one of these, if I use cleansers then my face breaks out loads . I know it supposed to be good for your skin but everyone skin is difference.
Have your tried Angels On Bare Skin from Lush. I have tried Aqua Marina and its brilliant for combination skin but people swear buy Angels On Bare Skin to get rid of spots especially acne, its suppose to be a miracle product. I got it yesterday and its good,
Also try not to put concelar on it as it will only make it worse, so if you have some purfume or a spot stick use this instead to dry up the spot.

Where's the most painful spots to get a tattoo?
usually anywhere right over bone, from what I understand getting a tattoo on your ribcage is what hurt the most, but it really just all depends on how much pain you can handle. Everyone is different so different places on the body are going to feel differently then others and so on. If you're planning on getting a tattoo these are things that you should ask your tattoo artist before getting the tattoo, but the bigger the tattoo the longer that your going to be in pain. Try not to take breaks during your tattoo because the more breaks you take the faster your body starts to fight be realizing that it is in pain or being put into pain.Where's the most painful spots to get a tattoo?
a lot of people say getting a tattoo on your hip bone is painful, well they are right. no, its not unbearable pain, but yes it does hurt. it only felt like beestings on my skin until he got onto my hip bone, then it was bad. you can handle it, but it's gonna hurt if you get one there. it's worth it though, i got one on my hip bone saturday night, %26amp; i already love mine!Where's the most painful spots to get a tattoo?

Bruise-Like Spots are appearing on my legs.. What is wrong??
On my legs these spots have appeared (about 2 quarters long and wide.. they are distorted though, each one a differnt shape). they look like Bruises but do not hurt and have been there for several weeks. They are a green color and are at times more noticeable then other times. One leg has a more than the other..and none of them are on my thighs. What could this be??Bruise-Like Spots are appearing on my legs.. What is wrong??
umm...ive heard that bruises could be a sign of cancer-and it is true.
i would be 2 a doctor and get it checked out.Bruise-Like Spots are appearing on my legs.. What is wrong??
you should go to a doctor, just to be on the safe side
it might be something serious.
I'm not sure but the same thing is happening to me.
Sorry I can't help answer this one.
These are hematomas. You can get it before your period starts or right after your menstraul period. Perhaps you could have your blood examined in the hospital or by a qualified medical technologist or clinician. Ask for a CBC (complete blood count) or blood examination. Just to be sure that you do not have any blood abnormalities. -yunesa@yahoo.com
you could be anemic
well anemia is my first thought, do you feel tired a lot? Then there is also these spots that people that are hispanic or hispanic backgrounds that get these bruise like things just like what your describing. Are you hispanic mexican spanish or is anyone in your faimily have some or a little bit of that in there background? My daughter has a bruise like spot that is kind of greenish that gets dark and fades. she has had since she was born. My dad is half spanish and Im a quarter so she doesnt have much in her but she still has it. My sisters daughter has like 3 of them. I would go to the doctor just to have it checked out. But if you are feeling tired a lot or getting dizzy spells then its more likely that you are anemic and need to be on iron.
The safest way is to consult your doctor.
does it swell?if it does you might have the symptoms of cancer, dont worry yourself just consult your doctor immedietly!remember not to touch it if it swells and avoid to bump it on hard surfaces.

overwashing your face, i know people are going to thumb me down like crazy. but over washing will dry out your skin, kill benificial bacteria on your skin. use less soap (the specialist kind, like clearacel) and wash your face less frequently.
Clearasil. Or if scrubs %26amp; washes don't work, your doctor might put you on an anti-biotic for acne or the pill such as Dianette
Try Clean %26amp; Clear face wash it really helps you can get it from Boots :-)
hiya i went to the docs and he prescribed me with zindaclin gel which i put on every night, it worked for me good luck
Clearasil
neutrogena its really good i used 2 have loads of spots and i used it and now my face is as soft as a baby's bottom loll

I have dark brown spots on my cheeks and dark circles too and dry skin. wat makeup to apply to hide those?
What makeup should i apply which checks all my probs viz. dryskin, dark circles and dark brown spots over my cheeksI have dark brown spots on my cheeks and dark circles too and dry skin. wat makeup to apply to hide those?
It sounds like you are experiencing some pigmentation so to begin with make sure that you wear a high SPF sunscreen daily to treat the underlying problem.
The absolute best concealer is Laura Mercier's Secret Camouflage which is pricey but worth it and should last you about a year. You should never use foundation to cover imperfections but rather a good concealer and Mercier's is fantastic.
Good luck!I have dark brown spots on my cheeks and dark circles too and dry skin. wat makeup to apply to hide those?
to hide the dark patches on your face i recommend conceler and chanel powder foundation. apply the conceler onto the dark areas and blend it in to your skin, then on top of that use powder foundation. i said chanel because i think it works the best for all skin types but if it is a bit to expensive then i think use whatever you think is right.
I would use something that says MATTE on the bottle. Something liquid.. because this will help with the dry skin. It sticks to you better, and doesnt rub...like cremes. dark cicles, i have and hate, use yellow concealer. DAB on, do not rub...this makes it look read and blotchy. dab it on then use normal concealer on top of it. Dry skin...use an oil free mouisturizer WITH SPF OF COURSE!!! at night and in mornings before you apply your makeup!

I want to clear up my skin but also hide dark spots while doing so...?
I found a great skincare regimen to get me started, but I still need to fake perfect skin while I acquire it for real!
What makeup brand should I wear to cover up dark spots in the meantime? I know that NO makeup is best, but I have an appearance to keep up.
Someday I'd like to be able to go without makeup. :)
I appreciate any help!I want to clear up my skin but also hide dark spots while doing so...?

Be gentle with your skin and it will go a long way in keeping it smooth and supple. Gently massage the marks with glycerin-honey mixture. exfoliate!!! makes a HUGE difference! it scratches off all the dead skin cells, leaving a fresh layer of new skin that will shave much more smoothly When i shave my legs knee down i get like red spots from were the hair used to be:|.. help!!!?
It is razor burn. Exfoliate, then use a moisturizing shave cream and make sure your blade is brand new. If you use a dull blade you'll always get those.

Does toothpaste really abolish spots?
does it?Does toothpaste really abolish spots?
they abolish zits
they cause spots if you use too much of itDoes toothpaste really abolish spots?
If you have sensitive skin don't try it can inflame some skins making them red and sore.
Have you tried surgical spirits you can get it from the chemist but you have to say what it's for and give your name and address but it really works.
no
It does dry them up but it is kinda messy. I prefer using perfume on them.
It does work, but here's how. it dries the spot up, including your skin. Which helps the spot to heal faster. BUT on the downside, it's REALLY bad for your skin. Overdrying it actually will cause MORE problems than what you had before. if you plan on doing it, I would only suggest doing it just this one time on just that one spot. Don't make it a habit. It'll wreak havoc on your skin.
It definitely gets rid of blackheads but spots? more people above say yes rather than no so I would go with that.
totally
it dries them up.
It just dries them out and then would become more of a scab. I wouldn't recommend though because it really burns! Use clerasil instead, it's much them same but actually meant for your face.
YES, tried and tested.
Not in my experience LOL just leaves a sticky mess! Nothing shifts spots as well as 10% peroxide gel from the pharmacy, available without prescription and pretty darn good!
I don't know if it works on things other than countertops and tile but it does work on them. I use it in the bathroom on the sink counter when something stains it. I rub it on and leave it for a short time ,then wipe it off and rinse. It usually takes the stain out.
I use a whitening toothpaste like aim or colgate.
it can work but be careful because with some brands you could burn your skin and it will look worse than a spot
Depends. On silver, titanium, stainless steel, some gold products, teeth, porcelains, it can very easily remove spots. On human skin, it can help relieve some of the redness of certain blemishes. Not all of them however. I'd use the stuff right after a good hot shower, fully drying the skin, and then apply directly in small amounts to the test area of your skin. For a few, it works. For others, sorry.
Only works for me on teeth.
Pimples, you mean? Yes. But only if you use a regular white paste, no gel toothpaste, no whitening, no tartar control, not 12 hour protection...Just bare white toothpaste. Try Pepsodent, the cheaper the better. The reason is because the whiteneing, tartar control and anything else can make your acne worse. I've tried using the Colgate whitening toothpaste I have thinking the whitening will bring down the redness...it did nothing for the pimple I used it on, but also..I'm one of the few lucky it didn't cause more acne for either...mostly because I dont have sensitive skin and it's dry.
it dries them out but i found it burnt my skin and left tiny scars so i wouldnt recommend it!
It dries them out and shrivels them up...not exactly abolishes.
it dries them up so they heal quicker
It helps and I sometimes use, it but don't do it too often as it's not too good for your skin.
Bit of chemistry here - the toothpaste is alkaline and so it acts on the spot (generally a localised bacterial infection for instance in a hair follicle that generates pus) by changing the pH and making it unfavourable for the bacterium to survive.
sure does....when i get one, i just put some on over night, and it dries it up. Make sure you wash it off though before you go to work....otherwise ull look like u got white spot disease

Steaming your face for spots?
ive heard steaming your face over hot water is good for your skin how often are you meant to do this? though u did it last night and ive still got loads of spots if not more..is this meant to happen at first?Steaming your face for spots?
Stay away from oils expecially in food (deep fried), exfoliate.
Heard about steaming, no idea what works.
I have never had a pimple on my skin, maybe once or twice in my life. An old friend had them all over her face, it's just puberty, hormones and how much oil is in your skin and hair etc. It will pass, and if you cant wait for that, go to a Dermetologist.Steaming your face for spots?
steaming shouldn't make your acne worse. in addition to opening up your pores, it also increases your circulation, which helps reduce swelling and redness and helps your skin heal.
if you have a really bad spot, you can use a washcloth soaked with hot water to ';steam'; just that spot (rather than your whole face). do it for 10-15 minutes once a day 'til the spot begins to noticeably heal.
Steaming should only be 1-2 times a week. It is meant to open up your pores so you can cleanse your face better. I would steam then use a cleanser then wash it off and THEN rinse with very cold water to close your pores back up.
I do it regularily (2 times a week). to see some results, you'll have to wait at least 2-3 weeks. you can add some camomile to the water and remember to cover your head with a towel not to let the steam out. this should last for about 15 min. after you've finished, use a pore-closing mask.

A good concealer in england to hide spots and dark patches? not cakey? ?
Dermablend works really well, it costs 30 or so dollars but lasts a reeaaallly long time!A good concealer in england to hide spots and dark patches? not cakey? ?
Here are a few CONCEALERS that have had good reviews. Don't apply concealer underneath foundation; that reduces the effectiveness of even the best products.
I don鈥檛 know your budget so I have only listed the low and middle range of the price spectrum. Please note all of these have had good reviews including the cheap ones listed.
Low End 拢拢
Rimmel Recover Anti-Fatigue Concealer, (budget one for under eyes)
Rimmel Hide the Blemish Concealer (according to Marie Claire a favourite with makeup artists all over the world)
Collection 2000 Illuminating Touch Light Diffusing Concealer Pen
Middle Price Range 拢拢
Revlon Colorstay Blemish Concealer For the Face

technic foundation mousse
it is the cheaper version of ';dream matte mousse'; but works the same and it is brilliant i wouldn't have bought it if it cost more than 3 pound so you have a great deal there. i also got it from body-care if that helps any :)
Happy 2009!
Benefit make up is really good! You probably count it as cakey but personally i find the Max factor stuff the best
MAC if you can afford it

I have strange spots on my knee how do I get rid of them?
Maybe you should see a dermatologist before you do anything.I have strange spots on my knee how do I get rid of them?
See a dermatologist or a doctor! Or you could be more descriptive here so someone might know what you are talking aboutI have strange spots on my knee how do I get rid of them?
Soap and Water. Naw just kidding. What kinda of spots are they?
Sounds like they are dry. Try using some lotion on them. If this doesn't help, I would have doctor look at it. You can never be too safe.
way too general, hon. what do they look like, what color, raised or flat? help us out here!!
the best way is usually to go see your doctor and get some anti biotics. but it's a little vague so I'm not sure. if there's a cluster of white-heads, I'd get anti biotics. if it's just red, then try alternating hot and cold packs on it. it should take them down. it also depends on how long they've been there. if they've just sprouted up, I wouldn't worry too much. if they've been there for more than a week or so, I'd see a doctor... could be infected...
it depends on what kind of spots they are!
not enough details!
they could be anything!! more than likely dry skin or in grown hairs if they are on your knees though. Are they itchy??eye liner

How can a get rid of acne marks and black spots?
Well...most red or brown marks left after a pimple is popped will eventually fade or disappear, but it may take up to a year for this to happen. If your acne marks or scars are severe or you're upset about them, you may want to talk to a doctor. Techniques like laser resurfacing and dermabrasion 鈥?which remove the top layer of skin, leaving a smooth new layer 鈥?can speed the process...in the future, try to avoid pimple popping, so that you don't have to worry about marks or scars!
Anyway...here are some tips to help:
Wash your face twice a day (no more) with warm water and a mild soap made for people with acne. Gently massage your face with circular motions. Don't scrub. Overwashing and scrubbing can cause skin to become irritated. After cleansing, the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) recommends applying an over-the-counter (no prescription needed) lotion containing benzoyl peroxide. This will decrease oil and bacteria.
Don't pop pimples. It's tempting, but here's why you shouldn't: Popping pimples can push infected material further into the skin, leading to more swelling and redness, and even scarring. If you notice a pimple coming before a big event, like the prom, a dermatologist can often treat it for you with less risk of scarring or infection.
Avoid touching your face with your fingers or leaning your face on objects that collect sebum and skin residue like the telephone receiver. Touching your face can spread the bacteria that cause pores to become inflamed and irritated. To keep bacteria at bay, wash your hands before applying anything to your face, such as treatment creams or makeup.
If you wear glasses or sunglasses, make sure you clean them frequently to keep oil from clogging the pores around your eyes and nose.
If you get acne on your body, try not to wear tight clothes, which don't allow skin to breathe and may cause irritation. You also might want to stay away from scarves, headbands, and caps, which can collect dirt and oil, too.
Remove your makeup before you go to sleep. When buying makeup, make sure you choose brands that say ';noncomedogenic'; or ';nonacnegenic'; on the label. Throw away old makeup that smells or looks different from when you first bought it.
Keep hair clean and out of your face to prevent additional dirt and oil from clogging your pores.
Protect your skin from the sun. It may seem like a tan masks acne, but it's only temporary. A tan can cause the body to produce extra sebum, which may worsen your acne, not improve it. Tanning also causes damage to skin that will eventually lead to wrinkles and increase your risk of skin cancer.
After all if you're still concerned about acne, talk to a dermatologist. Dermatologists offer a range of treatments that help to prevent and clear up acne and acne scars. A dermatologist can help you find the treatment method that's best for you and can also give you lots of useful tips for dealing with acne and caring for your skin type. Some salons and spas have trained skin specialists, called estheticians, who can offer advice and skin care treatments.
I know it's long but try to read it carefully and hope it helps you.
cheers :)How can a get rid of acne marks and black spots?

I don't know if you are willing to spend a little money but miroderm and light chemical peels do miracles. You will have to do sessions of them but they are worth it plus you get to pamper yourself while making you feel better about yourself.
That kinda sounds like a scare, of some type...so maybe try a scare cream?.
i've corrected my acne marks with this nice black licorice lightening soap.. it has a microdermabrasion effect to gently peel off the topmost dark skin layer and resurface a lightened even skin tone.. you can also apply lightening cream if you want faster results.. here's a good source for safe and effective skin lightening products -

Does diet effect spots and acne in teenagers?
No. It has no effect. (Unless you're actually allergic to something or are not getting enough of the nutrients required for healthy skin)
The first person most likely just grew out of acne as most usually do.
This is because the number one cause of acne during your teens is hormones and once you reach about 20 your hormones settle down (and so does your skin)
The only time oily and sugary foods will effect your skin is if you touch your face after eating without washing your hands. This goes for all dirt and grime and grease, not just those that come from food.Does diet effect spots and acne in teenagers?
Yes, what you eat does have an effect on spots and acne from appearing. Too much of oily, junk food, chocolates and cooked carbohydrates and fats can be a cause for acne to surface. Eating the right kinds of foods will reduce sebum production, increase good moisture in the skin and help the production of new skin cells.
Fresh fruits, vegetables and raw fats (avocadoes, olives, olive oil) are the best to have in your diet to be acne free.Does diet effect spots and acne in teenagers?
Apparently, there's no medical evidence that diet has anything to do with spots/acne- but I personally think it does.
I've matured enough not to get many spots at all anymore- but when I was younger and had quite a lot of spots/mild acne, I changed my diet and cut down on sweet things- and also drank lots of water; this worked for me and reduced the amount of spots i'd get!
Hope this helps (:

I wear foundation but it gives me spots how can i wear foundation without it giving me spots?
The spots are a sign of an allergic reaction to your foundation. Make sure that you makeup has no fillers and includes minerals/vitamins that are dermatologist reccomended, including; Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Rice Bran, Biasabolol, Ginkgo Biloba, Cucumber and Allantoin.
Higher end makeup like Bobbi Brown, Mary Kay and Nicole Miller are made with natural minerals and no fillers.I wear foundation but it gives me spots how can i wear foundation without it giving me spots?
In simple words if you really want to improve on your foundation try this...wash your face with cold water and apply a good moisturizer and then apply the 3 in 1 LORELLE CASHMIRE powder foundation!!! You'll instantly see the results!!!!!!I wear foundation but it gives me spots how can i wear foundation without it giving me spots?
Wash your face firstly, with cold water.
This closes your pores making your skin look tighter and the foundation will not get in as much.
It will also make it foundation look smoother.
Also, don't lay it on too thick. If you do, not only will it give you spots, you'll look like you have a mask on. Try to only wear foundation for when you are going out or something, if you are lounging around the house all day then there is no point in wearing it. If you do wear it in the day, once you get in take it off straight away to let your pores breathe. Wash your face with a cleanser to make sure all traces of the foundation has gone. It is really vital that you take it off before you go to sleep, or you'll end up with some whoppers. I always take mine off, even when i'm at a party and pissed out my head ;].
Lol, hope i've helped!

Try putting some mostrizer on your face and use sun-screen when you go outside (and reapply). Also, if it becomes really serious go to your doctor, it may be skin cancer(not to scare you or anything)I have theses spots on my face that i want to get rid of, but how?
You can try something similar to a chemical peel. It basically rejuvenates your skin. You can have this procedure done at a parlour but I know of a product that can effectively remove the spots called Itensive Repair Serum and is available online only at http://hdawar.qhealthzone.com/products/product.aspx?itemno=100282. This is at home alternative to chemical peels. But if you do not want a very dramatic change but a slow gradual one there is something called Bright Idea Illuminating Essence and is available online at http://hdawar.qhealthzone.com/products/product.aspx?itemno=100790
they are sun dops as i call them. i have them all over my arms, well i did, and heres what i did to get rid of them: find your local dermataligist. he or she can take it sugicaly off you face{you are asleep while he does it} and test it for cancer. or he can surigicaly remove it with a laser and not test it. but just in case i would just get it tested. it can be a bit pricey so check aroud to differ bussinesses
umm my friend got all most the same thing and when she went to the doctors they gave her a cream and they went away... so ig the answer is that you should see a doctor
Freckles will fade once your tan does. If they are sun spots they will not go away. I have tried many creams and nothing worked. Only laser treatment will remove them.

eating too much chocolates and nuts are going to make your skin defiantly get worst.first stop eating chocolate..make sure you are not constipated..make a habit to go to toilet everyday,if possible every Morning before shower.aveeno brand have lots of non franrance cream ...you can also use oatmeal or oatmeal soap in shower for good spotless skin.make sure you use it on daily use to get some result.Iam 18.. i have a light tan skin colour.. my problem is that i have alot of dark spots in my face.. ?
you are getting scars after your pimples are gone. as hard as it is not to pop them, you really shouldn't (or if you do, put a warm washcloth on it first and then use 2 cotton swabs). you want to look into something that will help remove scarring.
Any exfoliant will help. Try getting something from neutrogena for a less costly fix. The best thing to do would be to go to a dermatologist or a spa and talk to an esthetician.
Go to a qualified beautician, you could have blackheads or scars from pimples or discoloration. ave your skin assessed and they will help sort the problem and advise on the correct products and skin care adviceeye liner

Help..my pimples, spots seem to disapear rather than to fall off am i gonna die o rget ill?
my doctor tells me to leave them alone when they are white is he rightHelp..my pimples, spots seem to disapear rather than to fall off am i gonna die o rget ill?
yep. when something 'pusses up' like an infection or a zit then its natural for it fade a way, its healthier for it to go like that rather than 'falling off' too. you are not going to die lol
and yep, leave them alone.Help..my pimples, spots seem to disapear rather than to fall off am i gonna die o rget ill?
Yes he is right. They simply heal and fade away, they don't ';fall off';.
Pimple...zits..do not ';fall off'; your skin. They just heal and fade away. What gave you the impression that they fell off? Your doc is right about leaving them alone. If you pop them when they have a white head on them then you run the risk of making an acne scar on your face/skin.
Thats funny..They don't fall off and the clear up on their own but I might suggest purchasing some face cleaner it's call clean and clear deep cleaning astringent if you rub this on the pimple or zit it will dry it up and make it go away quicker.
your doctor knows best! and yes, thats normal! :) dont worry!
They are not supposed to fall off. Having them disapear is normal so no you wont die or get sick.

A Biotin deficiency can cause our hair to become dry, lackluster, brittle. It can be the cause of hair loss. Taking biotin supplements slow down or stop hair loss, but only if the hair loss is due to Biotin deficiency
