Hey ive had spots from like 3 years now, any really really good solutions to get rid of them, clean and clear = rubbish, clearsil = rubbish, small brands =crap. Please helpAnyone know how to get rid of spots?, ive tried everything. please !?

I prefer Neutrogena's range of acne products.
Since most things don't work for you; I suggest going to a dermatologist and getting a prescription which [hopefully] will clear up your acne.
i was also having than i used only FA yoghurt soap and lakme peach milk moisturiser,they slowly disappeared .dont know how?
