HELP!! How to get rid of spots?

Im 14 and have had spots for 3 years now and its getting a bit annoying its not acne but just breakouts . what treatments can you recommend or any that have worked for you PLEASE HELP!!!! HELP!! How to get rid of spots?
i no this sounds weird but use toothpaste first time i heard it i wasnt sure it would work but it does i put it on any spots before i go to bed and in the morning the spot has reduced totally and goes soo quickly also i went on a strict diet where i only eat fruit and basics no beef or cheese or dairy products for a week.worked for me hope it does for you

well to be honest i wash my face lots then use toothpaste ontop of the spots


leave it dry, about half hour, and do it as much as you can


cheap and easy way, if theyr hurting spots, burst them, wash them and tooth paste


it always work for me.









I use E45 creme as its extremly sensitive xx


its not sticky and just moistures your skin and opens your pores xx


plus as a bonus its not really expensive and has sooo many uses xx


unlike clearisil which is really expensive and doesnt have multiuses xxx
use a spot cream





use neutrogina gel wash and facial wash...





then use nivea lotion wash





then use nivea lotion.





worked for me:)
Witch Hazel is good and washing with just soap and water and using a clean towel all the time helps.

simple facial wipes!
