My wife had severe facial acne until she changed her diet. Her skin looks so clean and fresh now. She reduced her intake of dairy products and sugar products to almost zero and no white flour products. She eats wholefoods, fresh fruit and vegetables. (especially green leafy vegetables) She also drinks clean rain water every day and lots of it. The acne took about 3 months to clear away. A simple effective answer, but it takes discipline to get into good eating habits. No expensive creams or drugs and she looks a million dollars.Please,is there any simple process to get rid of pimples and facial spots.Please I need a simple remedy to it.
2.5 to 5% Benzoyl Peroxide Cream (like OXY 5). I swear by it.

Don't use soap on your face. Use simple cleanser, toner, moisturiser that suit your skin (oily/dry/normal) once in the morning and once in the evening.

i hate to say it but pro active is the best thing going for about twenty to thirty bucks a month you will never have to worry about it again. you will be able to tell the difference in one to two days. seriously. my son had acne so bad. i bought it after 2 days it was like night and day.
Netrogena ';On the Spot'; acne treatment...is a great product for what the name says....wash your face with Cephcil soap...gentle..but opens pores nice to help get the oil build up out...then there was another netrogena that my son used...in between the washing face...then applying the on the spot, if I remember this right...it was the Eurcerin lotion..before he applies the On The Spot . But there is another line of product that was absoutely awesome but a little expensive. This stuff has no radical ingridents in it...that can hurt your face...or even scar your face. But this product is not heard of widely yet...as it should. It is from the company called Melaluca ...the have their own acne pack they use, it is called Zap It!...my son used it...and it worked wonders on him!!!! you can research it and check it out on line....I will attach the link for you to look through. IF you are a football player...those white tights you wear to the games and get all brown....they have a product called pre- spot...it will take every inch of that brown stuff off!!!!!! No kidd either!!!
