It sounds like you are experiencing some pigmentation so to begin with make sure that you wear a high SPF sunscreen daily to treat the underlying problem.





The absolute best concealer is Laura Mercier's Secret Camouflage which is pricey but worth it and should last you about a year. You should never use foundation to cover imperfections but rather a good concealer and Mercier's is fantastic.

to hide the dark patches on your face i recommend conceler and chanel powder foundation. apply the conceler onto the dark areas and blend it in to your skin, then on top of that use powder foundation. i said chanel because i think it works the best for all skin types but if it is a bit to expensive then i think use whatever you think is right.
I would use something that says MATTE on the bottle. Something liquid.. because this will help with the dry skin. It sticks to you better, and doesnt rub...like cremes. dark cicles, i have and hate, use yellow concealer. DAB on, do not rub...this makes it look read and blotchy. dab it on then use normal concealer on top of it. Dry skin...use an oil free mouisturizer WITH SPF OF COURSE!!! at night and in mornings before you apply your makeup!
