HI Real People: HELP! Is there anything that really works for brown spots on back of hands?

I've used sunblock (cheap). DIDN'T WORK. I have heard that zinc is the secret. Is this true? Please don't suggest laser treatment(s) as I can't afford them right now.HI Real People: HELP! Is there anything that really works for brown spots on back of hands?
Strivectin could work, but ask at all your fave dept store cosmetic counters for something to fade hyperpigmentation. Strivectin is designed to reduce wrinkles and stretch marks, and you need something that breaks up that dark spot under the skin. Prescriptives makes a good one in serum form for $50, but it will take a long time. You'll also have to wear an spf of 30 or higher every day, and reapply after handwashing, and you still are facing a challenge going into summer. This is one of the most difficult problems to repair, but one of the easiest to prevent.HI Real People: HELP! Is there anything that really works for brown spots on back of hands?
There is a cream called strivectin that you can get in dept stores..It wont get rid of them totally..but it should lighten them
