yep. when something 'pusses up' like an infection or a zit then its natural for it fade a way, its healthier for it to go like that rather than 'falling off' too. you are not going to die lol

Yes he is right. They simply heal and fade away, they don't ';fall off';.
Pimple...zits..do not ';fall off'; your skin. They just heal and fade away. What gave you the impression that they fell off? Your doc is right about leaving them alone. If you pop them when they have a white head on them then you run the risk of making an acne scar on your face/skin.
Thats funny..They don't fall off and the clear up on their own but I might suggest purchasing some face cleaner it's call clean and clear deep cleaning astringent if you rub this on the pimple or zit it will dry it up and make it go away quicker.

They are not supposed to fall off. Having them disapear is normal so no you wont die or get sick.
