Somebody told me the sun is bad for your skin (spots wise)?

I know that the sun is bad for your skin because it makes it crinkly and can give you cancer. But someone said it makes your spots worse, is this true even if you have sunscreen on ?

I had sunscreen on and was out in the sun for a while, will i see a lot of breakouts ? and when ?

You need do make vitiman D and sunscreen blocks that. So itn is okay if you are out in the sun fora little while without sunscreen, But do put it one when gone out for long. Even when it is not sunny. But you won't get spots or crinkly skin. Just make sure u have sunscreen on when out for long periods of time. And you can still get vitiman D from salmon and milk. So don't worry. But i warn you going out in the sun alot without sunscreen gives you sunspots.

Wrong. The sun can actually help clear up your skin, because the sun helps your body make vitamin D, which can help clear acne.

If you're going to wear sunscreen, make sure you get a non-comedogenic kind, otherwise it will clog your pores and make your acne worse.
that person is completely wrong. you need vitamin D from the sun anyway, but the sun will actually help clear up your spots.

it's just not a good idea to go out without sunscreen on in the full sun for hours and hours. obviously.
with sunscreen you should be fine. if you go out with none it is pretty bad for your skin.
If you have sunscreen on, you should be ok.
