Raised Brown Spots On My Face?

For a few years i have had numerous small raised brown spots on my face. More have started to appear by the bridge of my nose. What are they and how do i treat them without seeing a specialist?Raised Brown Spots On My Face?

It could be a butterfly rash forming, now im not a professional but it sounds like it could be that if it across the bridge of your nose and a bit on your cheeks, instead of going to a specialist go to your gp because if it is this rash then it has the potential to cause scarring if left untreated.
