How do the scars spots get off my face. or how long does does it take to disappear without any treatment?

If it is a scar from a cut or something, It won't dissapear without any treatment.


If this is an acne scar, It might also need treatment. But my brother had bad acne scars in high school, and now hes almost out of college but they are all gone and he put nothing on his face. It took like 2 years for his face to get back to Complete normalness though.
