I have scars on my face and although it is wonderful for clearing up blemishes it did not help my scars.
I notice you refer to your problem as spots so maybe it's a different issue than you have.

but, i saw results after using proactive on my breakouts after just a few days...
Sure. Anything with a high percentage of benzyl peroxide does the job. The brand doesn;t change anything.
ONCE THE PROACTIVE KICKS IN AND HEALS THE REST OF YOUR SKIN, THE RED SPOTS WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO HEAL THEMSELVES WITHOUT MORE IRRITATION. SO YES, THEY WILL DISAPPEAR, BUT NOT DIRECTLY FROM THE PROACTIVE. MAKE SURE THAT YOU WEAR PLENTY OF SUNSCREEN AND MOISTURIZER WHEN USING THIS STUFF. IT CAN BE SLIGHTLY DRYING.
I don't know what u mean by spots? but i do know that people say proactiv is an amazeing product. I myself have like a few bumps on my forhead but i cant use proactiv cause that causes my skin to super super super dry and it doesnt get rid of the acne, but thats cause i my skin is like really diffrent and its like eally young looking for my age. I'm 18 but my skin looks like it's only 12 years old.
