How to get rid of red spots on face (or pimples)?

ok, its spring break! i was concentrating on how to get rid of ugly pimples! well, im not really sure what it is, but i have a little spot on my face and i guess you get it after a bumpy pimple but now, its smooth and it looks like the pimple is inside! im not sure how to get rid of it.How to get rid of red spots on face (or pimples)?
rub vinegar on it it will sting really bad at first but you will get used to it, my grama had some rash on her chest, she rubbed regular vinegar on it for about a week, after that it was gone and that was like, 20 years ago, she has never had another rash since then!

i went to a dermatologist and they gave me stuff to put on it and its worked really well :)
get the wave or that zeno zip remover anything from clean and clear or neutrogina :)
