Good brand (facial wash) to clear spots?

I've tried loads of brands like Clearasil.. Clean and Clear.. Nivea.. but they didnt really work. I need a good facial wash that will clear spots quickly, I am in my teens and get loads of breakouts.. they are really annoying! A friend says that Neutrogena is good but im not sure..

Neutrogena is by far my favorite! It helps keep my acne down and clears up spots very quickly! three days or so! I like just the basic Neutrogena its like a soap color and soap smell. it comes in a pump bottle! They have other washes with more smells and colors but I try to stay away from that!! Try it! I promise you will like it!
i swear on the Biore products, they work amazing and control the oil on my face, which i thought was impossible! i use the Biore face cleanser and the astringent to reduce the oil. Their products are not that expensive and feel so nice and cool against my skin when i use them.
