If it is just a few pimples you have then the chlorine will help because it keeps the skin so clean. But I have heard that it's not so good for Acne (which is a skin disease, rather than usual teenage spots).


Remember that chlorine dries out your skin and hair so use an oil free moisturiser on your skin afterwards and condition your hair well.
spots or pimples are two very different problems. If you have sun spots chlorine won't bother them. If you have pimples the chlorine may dry them out, but you must use an oil free moisturizer after.


careful not to aggravate the skin with to many products. Chlorine and sunshine should work in your favor.
