do this in order it will work...
1. wash face in warm water
2. wash face in clearasil
3. dry face but do NOT rub face with towel just pat it down
4. face wipes do not rub them pat down like you did with towel
5. moisturise
also drink loads of water, get fresh air, dont eat greasy foods.
My husbad recenty had a bout of them all over his head and chest. He decided to use the method of squeezing as many as he could......then he use a body scrub on them and now they are practucally gone. So if someone says not to squeeze them, just do it....gets rid of them quicker and they dont look so bad then....
Hey, if the spots are really bad you can go to the doctors. I went and got this great cream called ';Duac'; (which you can actually buy in pharmacies but is free at the doctors!) and it just completely takes the redness out.
well i use the face wipes first then i use moisturizer and then i would use spot cream or which is just as good toothpaste, it works really it dries the spot out so it will eventually fall off hope this helps x
None of them - wipe your forehead with the face wipe - then before bed - dab a little toothpaste on the spots and allow to dry - do this for a day or two and they will go....
That came from a Doctor....
